I went into the Pearl the other day to visit my son who is the executive chef. The staff were friendly and the facility was immaculate. Brookfield’s restaurant smelled delicious and everyone was raving about the food. What a delightful place for our seniors to live!

I have been performing music at The Pearl since it was The Carillon, in fact my trio played the Grand Opening. I perform in senior and retirement residences all over the Boulder/Denver area and The Pearl is top tier. It is a beautiful building in an excellent location (right on Boulder Creek) near shopping and restaurants. In particular the residents form a genuine community of friendship and support amongst each other and with the attentive staff.

What a fun place this community is! There are so many activities, so many interesting residents, and such beautiful apartments. The common spaces are freshly remodeled, bright and cheerful. There is a self-serve ice-cream machine available 24/7. There are many resident-run groups and presentations. It is a really nice community, and a wonderful place to live.

The Pearl is a gem of a community. The apartments are fresh and beautiful. The building itself is newly updated and bright and cheerful. The staff is a warm and friendly bunch, and the residents are smart, lively and involved in their community. The activities and plentiful and varied. Exercise classes happen throughout the day; outings and speakers happen on a regular basis. A beautiful art room provides classes and free time to create. There is complimentary transportation. Overall, this a wonderful place to hang your hat and call home.

The Pearl at Boulder Creek is a beautiful, friendly and supportive community. The newly remodeled building is super clean and fresh, the apartments and the views are really nice. The very best things about The Pearl are, well, there are so many! The residents are friendly, smart and very interested in making things nice for the community. The location is great, right off Folsom Field on the campus of CU. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. The staffers are kind and helpful and lead by the most wonderful general manager in the world. Overall, it is a wonderful place to live and to call home.

The Pearl at Boulder Creek is absolutely beautiful. The residents had great things to say and love living there. I got to say that the Pub was my favorite part. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I visited The Pearl at Boulder Creek last spring. I met several residents that all spoke so highly of the place”living space, recreation, and food. I spent time at the Pub (Happy Place) managed by Brett Bell. The residents loved the food”they shared their favorites with me, and they loved Brett”they expressed how he genuinely cared about them. I tried two of the favorite items, the mushroom mac and cheese with pine nuts and the honey smoked salmon dip, two of Brett’s creations. Delicious!

Their remodel is complete, this is one of the best if not the best places to live, relax, and enjoy retirement life. Oh, and the staff is unbelievable, the heart of the building is the Pub. Make sure you stop by and visit the Happy Place, in the center of the tower where the staff will make you feel like you’re already at home.

Favoritism times 100. Was a better facility before the Pearl took over. I used to work here for a little over 4 years, the first 2 were great and then new kitchen employees came in and were lazy. They wanted things to go their way instead of how it was supposed to be. Most of the time they are on their phones and the morning crew was basically doing all the work. Nothing got done even when you talk to management. Very STRESSFUL place to work, SO GLAD I LEFT.

As a nurse working in home health, I have been to multiple facilities with varying experiences. Whenever I entered The Pearl at Boulder Creek, I was greeted with a friendly smile by everyone there, starting with the front desk staff, all the way up to administration. Christian in Sales was available for an impromptu tour of the community, which is absolutely gorgeous, by the way. Pleasantries were exchanged EACH time we encountered someone in the halls. As we left the area, there was a smile on the faces of the resident and their guest! Without a doubt, Christian is an asset to The Pearl!

The most compassionate staff. The coolest, most active seniors. This retirement community is anything but an old-folks home. There are so many advantages that come with living at the Pearl at Boulder Creek - the cuisine served in the restaurant, the activities and offerings scheduled daily, the lively community of some of the most interesting people you could ever meet... the list goes on and on. I can't wait for retirement so that I can move into The Pearl.

I have been to many retirement homes and nursing home facilities and the Pearl is by far the best at health care support for residents I’ve seen. They have a large health care staff and offer many services as needed for residents. They have lots of activities, workout room, guest speakers, movie theater! Really great facility!

My mom has been living at The Pearl at Boulder Creek for about three months now and is so happy. The staff is attentive and caring and, being a smaller place, there is a lot of personal attention. The apartments are beautiful, some with mountain views. The residents are welcoming and friendly (always someone to eat with!), and there are many cultural activities (like concerts and talks/lectures) to join.
