Our Aunt was a resident at Welbrook. From the minute we called, and then stepped into the building, we were welcomed with such caring open arms. First by Valerie in community relations and then the director David Cole. Valerie was like being with an old friend-instantly. The staff at Welbrook truly have a calling for working with the elderly. This is not just a job for them, you can see that they honestly enjoy older people and have the patience and love that it takes to come alongside the residents and help them in every way possible. The head nurse Shhandita is skilled, knowledgeable, and very loving in the way she interacts with both the residents and staff. Every staff member that we met and got to know is well trained and wonderful in their interactions with the residents and family. They were always so kind and respectful of our Aunt. We felt like Welbrook and its community was family to our Aunt and to us. They are head and shoulders above other communities of their kind. We know because our Aunt spent quite come time in another and the difference was quite noticeable. We cannot recommend Welbrook enough. It is truly a very special place!

Welbrooke is such a warm and welcoming community. I have had the privilege of working closely with Lindsay Nettinga and she is always open to meeting new families and giving them tours of the facility to ensure it is a good fit for their loved ones. This team goes above and beyond for residents and their families and it is evident in the specialized quality of care they provide and the time they devote to great service. Every time I have entered the community, their residents are actively engaged in activity and receiving the 1-1, personalized attention they need. I am proud to work them and recommend them to any family in need.

We toured a number of senior living facilities and Welbrook was clean and welcoming and the residents seemed very engaged. Lindsey Nettinga was incredibly thorough and thoughtful in answering our myriad questions and was a tremendous advocate for both the facility and her residents.

I am the decision maker for my friend Anna. As her health deteriorated and she could no longer care for herself I moved her to another assisted living facility. It was terrible. Anna became very depressed and declined rapidly. I moved Anna to Welbrook and her whole attitude changed. Her health improved and she went from begging me to let her 'go home' to her previous home to saying she has to go back home to Welbrook at the end of our visits. She is always happy at Welbrook and the staff is amazing. Everyone cares about the residents. Great staff!! Best decision ever to move Anna!

My mother has been here for several months now and it has been a positive experience all around. She is very happy with the staff, food and activities. We are happy with the care she is getting and the communication between us and her caregivers. This was one of the most difficult decisions to make and the staff truly made the experience so much smoother. Update: it's been nearly two years now and the same experience had held. So grateful for this place and their staff.

After losing her husband of 71 years, my mother's dementia became much more pronounced. The assisted living facility where she lived had no memory care and hiring private caregivers quickly became financially unsustainable. After a quick thorough search, we chose Welbrook for my 95-year-old mom. She has been there almost a year and I can honestly say it was the best decision my brother and I could have possibly made on her behalf. Instead of spending all day in her room, she was now spending the day among people, sharing activities, entertainment, and meals, and yes, even making new friends. The whole staff, including the caregivers are humane, patient, loving, and trained in caring for this special vulnerable population. I recommend Welbrook without hesitation!

My friend Molly has been living at Welbrook for the past 15 months, after her daughter researched all the options for her mother's care.. Her choice was clearly a very good one. Not only is it clear that Molly is well cared for, but so too do the other residents appear to be. In addition to the facility being clean and inviting, the staff is very personable, professional, attentive, and kind.
