My family really appreciated working with Mindy a Caregiver with Seniors Helpers. She was very good with my dad and comforted him with soothing voice. He was so thankful for her being there to help him take a shower and getting other things done. Seniors Helpers is a great place to get help for loved one that really needs assistance. They do so good with Seniors. I really appreciated that Mindy spent so much time with him and even called at night in case we needed her help. Thank again.

Journeys management placing Cherie with my Mother has been a mini miracle. Cheries personal care and interest in my Mothers happiness has exceed our expectation. This care allows Mother to stay in her home as she always wished. The added new technology of in home cameras has been another relief, giving us affordable around the clock observation without full time care givers.

Finding Senior Helpers has provided our family piece. My mom lives in her home alone and we live out of state. Our family was very concerned for moms well being. Journey came out and met with our mom who was very resistant to the idea of having a caregiver but by the time Journey left she was excited for the care to get started and meet her caregiver. Senior Helpers has provided an exceptional level of service to our family and I would recommend working with this company to anyone looking for senior care.

Erin has been assisting my parents for several months now. She has been life changing in the best way for our family. We used to have high anxiety on a daily basis wondering if our parents were going to successfully navigate the day or not. Now, we are confident that they are less stressed by the tremendous support that Erin provides, both physically and emotionally. Erin is so skilled in her ability to provide support that my parents have accepted her like shes part of the family. She is everything, and more than, we hoped for in a personal assistant for my parents!

Senior Helpers has been a lifesaver for our family. The staff they send to help my mother out is wonderful! They take care of all her needs and extra. I cannot say enough good things about them! Frestha is just wonderful with mom, cooking her favorites and taking a special interest in things that interest mom. I live in Iowa and have POA for my mom, and I can rest assured knowing they are taking care of her.

Rosella and I have the pleasure of Debby E as our caregiver, If I were to write a full review it would take up many pages. Debby is an excellent caregiver and has never let us down. She has done anything and everything we have asked and more. She always preforms her tasks with a smile. Debby is very respectful, prompt, and has an excellent temperament for this type of work, we couldnt ask for anything more of our caregiver here at Senior Helpers.

I have been worried about my health issues for a long time; Freshta, who is studying to become a doctor is very knowledgeable about health issues, so I feel safe, secure and very happy at her care. She is a very good cook too. Senior Helpers provide the best caregivers.

I wanted to take a few minutes to write a review of my Mothers helper: Cherie K.I cant say enough about how fortunate we are that Mom found Cherie to help her around the house. Cherie is energetic, watchful and a very careful worker. She takes her job very seriously and she is very reliable. My Mom is extremely happy and this has been such a relief for her and it has made it possible for her to stay in her home and not have to go to some kind of residential facility. My Mom is much more relaxed and rested now that she has Cherie to help her around the house. My mom is much more of her old self and is back doing more of her old activities. Mom is a dialysis patient, and Cherie is extra watchful of her needs as a dialysis patient.Once again, I cant say how lucky my Mom is that we found Cherie.

This review is regarding job performance by Cherie K. Cherie helps me out 4 hours per week with cleaning and shopping (the biggest part of our day). She is pleasant, communicates well, always on time, and goes over and beyond her duties. The house always looks much better after her shift here. She is really helpful in shopping -- both food and cleaning supplies. She knows where to get the best products at the best price. She is courteous, not only to me, but also to the people in the stores where we shop. Everything on the to do list gets done, and time goes quickly, I really enjoy her company. I thank Senior Helpers for providing such a great helper!

My first impression was a phone call with Senior Helpers. Then Journey came to our house and met with me and my husband, G. She gave us complete information, options, and printed material. My husband has dementia and doesnt drive so we needed a companion to take him to the golf course, or the mall, a few times a week. The owner-mgr. came with Sean on the first day to meet me and G. and address any other concerns. G. was reluctant at first, believing that he doesnt need assistance, which is often the case. But Sean became his friend immediately. Everyone that Ive dealt with at Senior Helpers has been wonderful. Many have their own experience with a family member so they readily identify and a bond is made. They are available if I have concerns or need to make changes. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

I have used Senior Helpers for several months to assist my sister. Without them my sister would not be able to remain in her home but would have to go into some kind of assisted living. Journey is the first contact. She understands exactly what is needed and is always available for questions or assistance. Joyce, my sisters primary Helper, has done such a great job. My sister thinks of her as a loving friend. Joyce helps with bathing, cleaning, shopping, doctors appointment and makes my sister some delicious meals. JLisha is assisting my sister on a temporary basis and is every bit as helpful as Joyce. My sister really likes her. JLisha takes very good care of my sister and is very concerned with my sisters diet. It is very important that my sister feels comfortable with these people who enter her home and her life and she is very comfortable and happy for their loving care. I highly recommend Senior Helpers to anyone who is looking for assistance for a loved one. The relief they provide is invaluable.

She keeps the house neat and clean and does the same for my Mother. She is very friendly and likeable person and cares a great deal about the care she gives my Mother. From the first interview with Journey to the follow-up with Journey and Jessica to meeting our caretaker, Denee, I have been extremely with Senior Helpers and how they are helping me take care of my mother who has dementia.
