Coast provided home care for my mother after she fell and broke both shoulders. They did a wonderful job! The caregivers were professional, friendly, and timely. The one time that the caregiver didn't show I was called and a substitute was found in a reasonable amount of time, even though this was over the holidays, and that person was removed from their roster. Their schedulers communicated frequently about who was scheduled so I always knew what was going on. I really couldn't have been more pleased with the care my mother received from Coast.
