As a vendor, I work with many different senior living communities, and Sage Desert is a great place for seniors who want to be independent or need a high level of assisted living care. The residents are happy there, as are the employees. The staff takes pride in their ability to make every resident feel at home.

Excellent staff. Caregivers are knowledgeable, friendly and willing to assist 24 hours a day. The Executive Director is friendly and knowledgeable. Only downside is apartments are small.

I was very happy when my dad decided to place my stepmom at Sage Desert Memory Care in August when it got to be too much for him (89 years old!) and me - their full time caregiver. I had toured about a dozen Memory CareAssisted Living communities already and this one was at the top of my list last May when Sage Desert first opened. My dad promptly moved into their Assisted Living a couple weeks later! Sage Desert is amazing in my eyes. I am still my dads caregiver on a daily basis and so I am in the thick of it, you might say. I see and hear a lot of what is going on - the negative and the positive. I know a great number of the staff from daily interaction. If there is a problem it is quickly addressed. And I think the personal attention is above and beyond the call of duty! It is truly evident that Sage Desert - their Executive Director and their staff - are caring and their primary purpose is to take care of ALL the residents and give them the support they need!! This could not have been more evident when my stepmom had a stroke a few weeks ago and passed away. Everyone, and I mean everyone was there for my dad - and for me too!! They care about their residents and the residents families, more than I think most realize. Frankly, I dont know what I would have done without Sage Desert. Thank you again, Sage Desert!! God bless you for all that you do!

I own and operate a referral and placement agency in Tucson and have worked with Sage Desert since they opened. I have had numerous successful placements at Sage Desert and find that my residents are happy and well cared for. The marketing staff are professional and keep me informed throughout the process from tour to admission and beyond. The caregiving staff are more than pleasant, and seem to take a personal interest in the residents. The environment is clean, bright, with many amenities to keep the residents engaged and active. One of my favorites!

The dining room is always very slow to get service. They need more serving staff. It takes a long time to get good also and the serving staff doesnt check on people. They dont offer anything to drink when you sit at the table.

Gorgeous facility and wonderful, professional staff. The activities are amazing, frequent and entertaining. These facility treats an Alzheimers patient as a human and not just a dollar sign. I hope this place keeps up its strong beginning.
