Don, I wanted to take a moment to extend my gratitude and appreciation for the insightful tour you provided of the memory care community recently. Your passion and dedication to providing exceptional care for residents were truly evident throughout our time together. I was particularly impressed by how you knew every resident by name, and I believe it reflects the commitment of your team to creating a warm and supportive environment for residents. Additionally, your thorough explanation of the various amenities and services offered highlighted the comprehensive approach to memory care that your community embodies. Thank you!

To Maria & the Staff of the Bridge to Rediscovery Memory Care unit: On behalf of my family, I want to thank all of you for taking such good care of our Mom for the last two-plus years of her life. Even with the progression of her Alzheimer's disease, she flourished with you. She was always such a social person, finding the most happiness with others, participating in activities, especially music & dancing. Seeing her loving life inside her "little bubble" brought us joy & relief knowing she was truly happy. From Maria, down to the unit caregivers, medical staff, housekeeping & maintenance employees, culinary staff, volunteers who came in to provide various activities, then at the end of her time, the Harmony Hospice team who helped her transition gently - you all provided exceptional care. For that, our family is eternally grateful, thank you. May each of you be abundantly blessed. Lorraine's daughter, Joanne

The varied and interesting activities as well as Agility exercise encourages us to stay healthy, and busy. Although the Forum, like other Senior Living Facilities has had difficulty with understaffing, those who are employed here give their ALL to the residents, from the Chef, to the cooks and servers, and those who bus tables. We get prompt service from Maintenance, and the housecleaning staff is good, as well. Given the many challenges to feed us, in Independent Living, there are many others to feed and care for in Assisted Living and Memory Care. I am most grateful to all the staff here, and consider myself a lucky recipient of their many efforts to take care of us.

Great place for the residents to enjoy their time and continue living their best lives.

I haven't been there as a customer. However I work there very often as a nursing assistant and caregiver. I see the way the residents live, the way they appear to feel and the way they interact with the other residents and staff. I must say that it's very refreshing to see staff members remember the residents names. The staff stop in the halls whenever they pass the residents. They always seem to speak to the residents by name and that's special. The residents say wonderful things about the Forum as well. They almost always talk about it like it's a resort. They love the food for the most part and they seem to have many activities and as much freedom to move about the complex as possible. There are areas for sitting outside and there are shopping centers and restaurants in the area as well. It's a very clean safe and well managed assisted living facility. They deserve a look if you're searching for help

We moved my mom from FL into The Forum at Tucsons Independent Living unit several years ago. She had been very reluctant to leave FL and give up her independence. But at The Forum, she loved her apartment, the food was excellent, the staff caring and respectful and other residents lively and enjoying life there. She is a shy person, but she made friends easily with the help of staff who made introductions and found her a seat at the dining table with friendly and fun fellow residents who made her feel welcome. When she needed additional care, she transitioned easily into Assisted Living , The Neighborhood. She feels safe and well cared for by loving and compassionate care givers. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, The Forum is closed to all but essential visitors, so she is lonely and bored. But when I ask her how theyre taking care of her, she is enthusiastic and positive: she feels extremely well cared for and meals in her room have actually been excellent!A few weeks ago, I learned that my brother (in Michigan) was nearing the end of his life from multiple sclerosis. It was important to me to facilitate a last goodbye between him and my mom. Kelly, The Forums director of Assisted Living, went to extraordinary lengths to make this happen. We kept our masks on and maintained social distancing through a propped-open door, my mom on the inside and me on the outside, and Kelly stayed through the entire conversation, holding the phone for my mom and interpreting so my nearly-deaf mom and my barely-audible brother could understand each other. It was a very sad day, with many tears, but my mom felt at peace having been able to tell her son how much she loved him, and he was able to do the same.I an thankful that my mom is at The Forum.

I spent a fantastic evening dining at the The Forum for a special event. The food was amazing and the staff took excellent care of us. I was pretty impressed as to how nice the community was. Not what I expected in a senior care living.

We recently moved my elderly parents into an assisted care unit at The Forum and have been very happy with it. Most important my parents are also very happy there! They speak highly of the care givers - especially Stephen and really enjoy the food and choices. Their unit is kept very clean by the staff and they seem to understand the needs of my parents. There is ample room for the 2 of them in the one bedroom unit and they are beginning to feel very at home there. I would highly recommend this place to others.

I have been a resident of The Forum At Tucson for over 3 years now. I originally made my choice to move into the community as it is walking distance to the bus stop. Since then, I have found many more benefits to living here. I love how friendly all the people are here. Both residents and staff alike. Transportation is outstanding and very flexible. Not only are the drivers very sweet and fun but, I can be transported anywhere Monday through Friday all day long. I appreciate management is approachable and responsive. In fact, all pets are encouraged to visit the receptionists for treats everyday.
January 2018
This was the last location that we would be visiting, touring. In meeting the executive director, the sales team, nursing and care staff were more than pleasant to meet and were very clear, knowledgeable, and were able to put any concerns to rest. Came away very, very impressed.

As a referral agent with years of experience working with the facilities in Tucson, The Forum is the very reliable. They follow through on what they say they will do and are truly caring individuals. Many facilities just want to fill their beds but The Forum wants to make sure the potential resident is a good fit. They have many medical professionals available on their property making it easier for your loved one to age in place.

We love The Forum at Tucson in Tucson, Arizona! We recently spent several months talking to the staff at The Forum and visited the site numerous times. As our mother was an unwilling partner in this venture of moving her to a safer environment, the kindness of the staff meant so much to us. They met each hurdle (and there were many!) with a calm and joyful can-do attitude. And, they stayed with it until they were able to accommodate our mothers wishes. We were overwhelmed by their generosity of spirit! Special thanks go out to Matt Higgins who went so long and so deep into this process with us. You made a difficult situation better than bearable, and we appreciate all you did. The facility is awesome, the apartments are lovely, the amenities are wide ranging, and all of the staff we met were top-notch. We siblings wanted to move in! As it turns out, our mother decided to move out of state to live with one of us. Had she stayed in Tucson, however, she would have moved to The Forum. From our experience, we siblings recommend The Forum, without reservation.
March 2016
The Forum staff worked closely with my family to ready an apartment for my mom in Assisted Living-Ambassador. Mom uses a wheelchair to ambulate therefore her apartment needed modifications such as lowering the bathroom sink, and closet shelves. All the modifications were completed in time for move-in. Staff continued to work closely with mom and me to ensure her comfort and safety after she moved in. Sales staff, maintenance, nursing, food services are all to be commended.
