I chose this place for my aunt two years ago. The Surprise location is a relatively new location and extremely well maintained. Residents are well cared for, and everything necessary for a great independent living lifestyle is provided. I'm very happy to have found this wonderful place to care for my aunt.

My wife and I have visited 4 Senior Living Facilities in Northwest Phoenix. The Fellowship Square Facilities are superb - new, bright, clean and located in a highly convenient and desirable area. We have chosen it for our future home and trust that our decision is right. I will give it 4 stars because I have only the other places that we visited to compare it to. I expect that we have chosen a 5-star place but only time will tell.

My mother-In-law has lived here since March 2021. The place is immaculate, everyone is very friendly & the food is very good. The staff does an awesome job with weekly entertainment and offers many amenities for these seniors. I think it’s a great place!! My mother in-law is very happy here

Its a beautiful community, and I was surprised at how large the apartments were, I experienced eating lunch there it was amazing. The people are so friendly. I love this place. Wish I could give 10

After visiting 9 different facilities in the West Valley we kept returning to Fellowship Square in Surprise. It is bright and clean, warm and welcoming. It has all the amenities we were hoping to find including a well equipped workout room and a wonderful pool and hot-tub. Every one greets you when you walk thru the halls with a smile on their faces. That was a good sign.... it is a happy place. The dining room and the Cafe are wonderful choices for meals and every Wednesday Tony makes homemade chili. All the meals are fresh and homemade... cant beat that. Yes, we made the right choice and our first month has been wonderful.....looking forward to getting involved in the many activities.
