I'm new here. Just a few weeks. Apartment is big, clean. Staff is so great. Impressed that a member of the dining staff who remembered my name on my 2nd visit. Food is excellent. Overall, I am happy. Beautiful complex, amazing staff, so kind so helpful caring and compassionate . Happy hour, piano entertainment, cafeterias workout weight room pool game room! . Simply beautiful. Does need some repairs at entrance from damage from a tall vehicle impacting the portico. Structural damage visible and concerning.

Friendly staff, open accommodations, newly renovated rooms and future renovations to common areas about to begin, it was the best choice for my mother. A piece of mind she will be in an independent community amongst her peers and looked after. Couldn't recommend it enough.

We were very impressed with the beautiful campus. The one bedroom apartment is very spacious and has a view of my mother in law's favorite place to shop Bob's Variety Store. However the best part of Solstice is the the positive atmosphere of the staff. The residents all were smiling and greeted us. The staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. Also the campus is very clean but excited to know they are remodeling and upgrading.

This place is so awesome. I've only been here a few days but I am extremely pleased so far. So many smiles and greetings. I feel safe from a lot of things. They clean. They cook they provide as much or as little entertainment as a person could want. Loving it so far!!

The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is at that level, everything would be perfect and theres no such thing. Ive lived here almost 6 months. At 68, Im one of the youngest residents. The staff is great and treat everyone more like family. They pride themselves on that and I agree. They know everyone by name and from what I have seen, they seem to know everyones needs. Theres always something going on. Each day has a list of activities that are on-site. You also have access to the Sun City West Recreation Centers. As with any living arrangment, its what you want to make it. If you want to be active, doing lots of activities you can do that. If you want privacy in your apartment, you can do that also. Im having a great time, have made many friends and find it very comfortable. You wont find people sitting around watching the clock. Join us!

A calm and easy going atmosphere. Facility sprawls out and has large lawn area. A greenhouse on one side of the lawn and a Koi pond the other. Pool, Spa are indoors. Exercise gym to. Dining room style meals. I myself have this on my list of prospects .Thanks David

Very nice place for independent retired living. Great food, wonderful staff. Everything seems clean, neat and well organized. Many activities and outings for the guests to participate in. I would not hesitate for any of my family to stay here. Only drawback is that it is not cheap but I think it is worth it.

Seems quite nice. I have a couple of friends who live here - they like it. Ive had several meals here. The food was okay to very good. The salad bar is okay - always available during meals. The servings vary from a bit small to very small. I once got a spinach salad entree which was excellent, but very small for an entree. Shrug. For the residents, probably a decent meal. Coffee, the one time I ordered it was not good, but maybe it was just an off day.

Had the opportunity to have lunch with three residents of The Madison. They are comfortable and content with their apartments and the services. They were a little concerned whether there will be changes now that Solstice has taken over management. I asked what they liked best about the place and they said the staff was excellent. They also liked the activities. The lunch was a picnic inside because it was too windy and cold to eat by the pool. My hamburger was very good and the cranberry bar for dessert was just the right ending. Enjoyed the experience.
