My sisters and I toured this facility in hopes of moving our Dad to live there. It’s clean, smells new, has incredibly authentically friendly staff and the apartments while small had the opportunity for personal touches. While this change isn’t happening soon I want to thank Valerie for her INCREDIBLE customer service acumen. She is truly the perfect person to navigate through the decision of change. Valerie is patient, personable, has a sense of humor and sincerely provided the best experience for us while considering The Ridge.

they are VERY short staffed a lot of times you have to wait for a care giver up to a 1/2 hour also poor management will never return phone calls I couldn't take a shower for over a month they would not hire a plumber you can't depend on the bus for shopping or DR. apts. the bus is usually broke down

My aunt moved into The Ridge at Stratford a little over a month ago, and she is truly flourishing”it’s like she’s been given a second chance at life! The staff here are friendly, attentive, and really know their residents. Valerie, who gave us our initial tour, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and has continued to be a blessing even after move-in. Amy from the medical staff has assisted my aunt a few times and always treats her with dignity and respect, which gives our family great peace of mind. Aly, the event director, keeps the days engaging and fun with classic game shows, live music, pet visits, and more”there’s always something for residents to enjoy if they wish to participate. The facility itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the facilities manager is extremely responsive. Overall, I have complete trust that my aunt is being cared for and supported in a safe, welcoming environment. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!

I stopped by the Stratford for a tour because it is located in a beautiful neighborhood with a convenient north central location just off 19th Ave on a quiet residential street. I did not have an appointment but was greeted by the beautiful smile of Olivia. I chatted with a few residents who appeared cheerful and happy to be embarking on an outing to the local thrift shop. Other residents milled about the lobby taking advantage of the refreshments and comfortable surroundings. Valerie appeared shortly and we toured a model apartment. It was spacious, light, clean and well appointed with a large walk-in closet. She was very warm and caring as we discussed the needs of my loved one. I left with a sense the staff here truly cares about the wellbeing and happiness of their residents. This community has all the essential amenities and feels secure but also relaxed and homey. Well worth a visit!

My 93 year old father in law has been at this facility for almost 5 years. He is very happy there and the staff has been attentive to any issues or concerns that he/I have had. The staff has been very caring and worked with me on several changes as his needs grew. Mgmt has been more than willing to provide accommodations to ensure he has the best possible care. She received wonderful care from a very caring staff. The facility is very good. Cleanliness is always critical and overall it was very, very good. This is an assisted living facility my father-in-law has lived here for the last 4 years. We are very very happy with the care that he received here the staff is great the nurses are up to par where they should be. Right now my father-in-law has hospice with him but he's in his room that he's been in for the last 4 years so he's comfortable because they are letting him stay in his regular room. The care that he is receiving here is outstanding everybody knows him and they are all making a point to come up and say goodbye to him because as I said he is in hospice right now but he has a great group of people that were here. Love him very much. I would highly recommend this assisted living facility to anybody that is looking for a place for their loved one they take couples here and let them stay in the same room and they have different levels of assistance including apartments, or rooms for clients that need more assistance. They have many activities here for the patients including a pool table, movie night, sing-alongs, cards, and even wine tasting. My father-in-law has received excellent care here. They serve three meals a day in a restaurant atmosphere they offer two entrees and an open menu the food is excellent. I really can't say enough good things about the Stratford just that I am so glad that we found it and my father-in-law really enjoyed living here.

They have daily activities to keep folks busy, and their dining room is excellent. We're very happy with the Stratford!

I was at the Stratford 2 weeks ago to visit a friend for lunch and was impressed. The food was fantastic, especially dessert, and the staff was so helpful. My loved one needed assistance and the staff was extremely attentive to her needs. I asked her, after the staff left, what she really thought about the place and told me she loved it. She felt like she was at 'home' and has made a bunch of friends. I am so thrilled she is happy.
