Mother in-Law was placed in Memory care for Alzheimer and mild Dementia. The entire staff and Nurses have been Extremely friendly and helpful. They have improved her quality of life and her demeanor 100%. The facility is clean and well organized, and the nurses are very friendly, both the visitors and the Residents.

I went to visit this community and met the ED, Mindy, who was really really kind. I had great tour from Valerie and she was very knowledgeable and helpful and has positive energy. Great community with trustworthy people running it. I trust this community whole heartedly!

From my first visit I was treated like a VIP, especially from Mindy the Executive Director. Every person either working or living here is incredibly kind and happy. They are all family. They decorate impeccable emphasizing a cozy feeling of home, not a 'business' One can live anywhere. Here you are HOME. I'm lucky and honored this is my home.

Stefanie Smith came into the Stratford right as the COVID pandemic was hitting Arizona, and managed to keep the residents safe, through regular and consistent communication inform the family members about the status of care and protocol and maintain a positive environment with kindness and grace. We are grateful you were there when this began and that you continue to lead the team now. Thank you Stefanie for all that youre doing to care for our families and my mother.

My 93 year old father in law has been at this facility for almost 5 years. He is very happy there and the staff has been attentive to any issues or concerns that he-I have had. The staff has been very caring and worked with me on several changes as his needs grew. Mgmt has been more than willing to provide accommodations to ensure he has the best possible care. I am very grateful to have found this facility for his home.

My sister lived in the Memory Care area at the Stratford for three years but she passed recently. I am pleased to write that the total experience during her time there was excellent. She received wonderful care from a very caring staff. The facility is very good. Cleanliness is always critical and overall it was very, very good. I would recommend The Stratford to anyone looking for a care facility.

We recently moved my mother-in-law to The Stratford, The caring, helpful staff made some recent problems at her previous place disappear -- they put the emphasis on LIVING, rather than assisted, and were willing to work with us and with her so she is mixing and mingling with the other residents. They have daily activities to keep folks busy, and their dining room is excellent. We're very happy with the Stratford!

This is an assisted living facility my father-in-law has lived here for the last 4 years. We are very very happy with the care that he received here the staff is great the nurses are up to par where they should be. Right now my father-in-law has hospice with him but he's in his room that he's been in for the last 4 years so he's comfortable because they are letting him stay in his regular room. The care that he is receiving here is outstanding everybody knows him and they are all making a point to come up and say goodbye to him because as I said he is in hospice right now but he has a great group of people that were here. Love him very much. I would highly recommend this assisted living facility to anybody that is looking for a place for their loved one they take couples here and let them stay in the same room and they have different levels of assistance including apartments, or rooms for clients that need more assistance. They have many activities here for the patients including a pool table, movie night, sing-alongs, cards, and even wine tasting. My father-in-law has received excellent care here. They serve three meals a day in a restaurant atmosphere they offer two entrees and an open menu the food is excellent. I really can't say enough good things about the Stratford just that I am so glad that we found it and my father-in-law really enjoyed living here.

I have been to The Stratford on numerous occasions and I have always been greeted by every staff member I encounter. The residents are always busy doing so many different activities. I am always amazed when I look over the activity calendar and see how many different things go on each and every day to provide the services and activities that ALL residents want and need. It takes an amazing team with a loving, caring spirit to do what it takes to make sure their residents LOVE where they are and THIS community certainly has it! The residents are fabulous and it is because of the amazing people that care for them at The Stratford.

I have been to The Stratford several times. I have assisted with resident activities and had the opportunity to see all that The Stratford does to enrich the lives of their residents AND their staff. Everyone has a smile, everyone is very helpful and most important, I have never met a resident that wasn't happy, active and engaged in an activity. I love visiting this community and I would recommend The Stratford to everyone I know if they needed placement for a loved one.

I was at the Stratford 2 weeks ago to visit a friend for lunch and was impressed. The food was fantastic, especially dessert, and the staff was so helpful. My loved one needed assistance and the staff was extremely attentive to her needs. I asked her, after the staff left, what she really thought about the place and told me she loved it. She felt like she was at 'home' and has made a bunch of friends. I am so thrilled she is happy.

I visited with my great aunt today. This was my first time visiting The Stratford since she moved in recently. My great aunt is definitely hard to please. She knows what she wants and she is so happy here! She was at the entrance waiting for me as I walked up. She NEVER before wanted to sit outdoors! She was so excited to show me around her new "home". Even though she has only been here a short time, all of the staff knew her by name and greeted her as we walked through. I can see a definite change in my great aunt and I feel so good about the wonderful people and residents she is with here. I can't wait to come back and visit with her!

I looked at many places before deciding on The Stratford. The staff is very caring and attentive. I feel very comfortable with my choice for my father. He really enjoys all the activities and caring staff. I feel confident in their care for him when I'm not able to. Everyone is so pleasant and know me when I go to visit him.
