We have nothing but great things that our patients have said about this place. one being true genuine care for their residents when they are in need. Wish there were more such places in our communities.

Outstanding! Finding a welcome, safe engaging independent living apartment for my 91 year old dad in the middle of a pandemic was a challenge I was not prepared for. Several of our friends had had family living at the Beatitudes Campus and all raved about the entire experience. These recommendations set a very high bar to live up to. You know what? The Beatitudes Campus staff and facilities met and exceeded all our expectations, but most importantly my dads! At every step of the process the friendly, talented and skilled staff provided incredible options, service and answers. Dad moved to the Beatitudes from living with family. This transition is incredibly stressful even when you arent concerned about a spreading pandemic. We really trust that dad is being very well taken care of. They have a few different living options for independent residents. In addition they have an assisted living and a memory care areas. When you find yourself in the middle of having to make this very important decision, definitely consider the Beatitudes Campus.

I assisted a friend who moved into the Beatitudes community a week ago. She was uncertain of the decision to move from her home of over 30 years. The Beatitudes staff has helped her tremdously to feel accepted, and they truly listen as she tells them her memories. My friend tells me she loves the food from the Bistro. She can hardly wait until the other restaurants reopen. These folks truly care about their residents.

In April 2019, we had completed one year living in a very nice 3-bedroom Beatitudes patio home. Covid-19 began spreading then and, as it increased, our activities outside the campus decreased. We adapted and liked the services and protection that Beatitudes provided along with easy access to its good restaurants and food. My wife and I are still Covid-free and tonight get our 2nd vaccine shot. While there are other positives living here, we feel that the Beatitudes Bubble helped protect us more than our prior living environment. We may both reach 100 now. Booyah !!

I have worked at the Beatitudes Campus since March 2015. I started out working in Admissions at the Skilled Nursing Facility, which is where my previous experience led me. In early 2020 I transitioned to a new role as Senior Community Outreach Ambassador and made a move to the Marketing Department. I LOVE this campus! I live over an hour away, right next to the Sun Cities communities and the wealth of Life Plan Communities they have to offer. I happily drive past every one of those communities to work at the Beatitudes Campus. Having worked for and visited a multitude of communities I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, there is something special about this campus. Hands down the residents that live on this campus are among the friendliest, happiest residents you will find in the Valley. Its impossible to have a bad day when working at the Beatitudes. Plus, the campus has so much to offer, we truly due offer every level of care from luxury Independent Living patio homes and apartments to Assisted Living and Advanced Memory Care at the SNF level. We also offer a monthly rental option for our Independent Living residences. We have 4 different restaurant options, a Starbucks, and our own bar, The Plaza Club. As someone who eats on campus every day I can tell you, the food is REALLY good too! Our residents take classes via our LifeLong Learners program and we have a wide range of activities and spiritual life services available as well.

THIRD GENERATION RESIDENT: My wifes grandmother and mother both lived here until they passed. Aside from her grandmother pulling the fire alarm to see all of the cute firemen there was never an incident that was bad. My wife and I are now of age to live in the community (into which my wifes sister moved a year ago) but we didnt want to give it an easy win so we evaluated a total of ten other similar CCRE facilities. The only one that rated more highly than Beatitudes failed in the aspect that the only place they have for walking their dogs was on the street sidewalk or un-fenced parking lot. This put that particular facility immediately off the list. We have lived here at Beatitudes just over a month and are happy with our choice. The food is excellent, the staff is helpful, the community is thriving and there are many Life Long Learning and Community Events in which we can participate. Free transportation is even provided within a ten mile radius - scheduled several days in advance... but free. I read the other reviews just now, and one of the ONE STAR replies said that after their dog attacked another dog, they (a non-resident by the way) were told that their dogs were not welcomed into the dog park. The sign clearly states that aggressive dogs should find other alternatives and are not welcomed; as is the policy on most dog parks. The fault lies with the dog owner, not Beatitudes. Anyway, my wife and I have clearly made the right choice, and look forward to many more years as a happy resident.

My 90 something parents lived at the Beatitudes Campus of Care for 5 years. Independent Living was excellent overall. I would give it 5 stars. Pros: great food and environment at several venues on campus, many great activities that were well communicated, nice apartments, helpful and empowering staff, and a happy and friendly culture among residents. Home Health professionals were A+++. Con: AC and heating dated and variable, maintenance and IT hard to contact and unpredictable. Assisted Living was another world, and I would give it one or two stars. Pros: Kind, friendly, genuinely loving caregivers and Med Techs, reasonably good food, good available activities at assisted and on-campus, small but adequate rooms in older but nice building. Cons: Caregivers, and Med Techs were consistently overworked, understaffed and disrespected by management (my observations, not their complaints, and I was there a lot). I could see their stress and also the way they shook it off to give 100% when with my parents. This environment resulted in medication delays, wrong dosing, and running out entirely (communication between staff, pharmacy, and medical) not just with my parents, but others. It also resulted in poor communication shift to shift, employees routinely covering needs by working multiple floors, double shifts and days off. Management was pressed my me and others before me for changes; they were not addressed promptly if at all. I see a management-heavy authoritative culture brewing that is harmful to resident-contact staff, and therefore residents. I saw Admin space remodels while resident elevators routinely malfunction. My thoughts have been confirmed by outsude professionals, current and former employees (including management who left to not participate in what they viewed as policies not good for residents), and feedback from medical professionals who serve this population and have heard residents concerns over time. This is home to these residents. The mission statement and vision are beautiful and empowering, but not implemented by assisted living management and their up line management. All personal items have been removed from hallways that formerly looked happy and personal, leaving them bare and industrial (Surprising due to true focus by Beatitudes in general on creating as homelike an environment as possible - maybe new state regulations?) Elevators are old and frequently malfunction, requiring long lobby waits for unsteady residents. While my parents were in Assisted Living, I felt that I was constantly resolving glitches, confusion, and service gaps - it was a lot of work. The older and vulnerable people who live there without outspoken, proactive advocates cannot be as safe, happy, and empowered to live (as opposed to being housed and managed until they die) even as they are paying large amounts to be there. If you consider living or moving another here, I suggest walking the halls repeatedly at various times, dining there multiple times to observe residents and staff, sitting in lobby during med administration 8ish am multiple times, asking your medical professionals and fire dept EMTs what they observe. Things may be getting better and they deserve benefit of doubt. This facility had superb ratings and functioned better 5 years ago than now. Whatever the reasons, their reputation has declined. Do your research.

I moved into a lovely one bedroom rental apartment with a spacious balcony almost two years ago. I love the friendly atmosphere, excellent food and multitude of activities available. It has been a positive move for me after being a widow for many years. I have made many new friends and reconnected with old friends as well. I call this my new simplified life. The staff is friendly and supportive. The vision is to constantly improve in opportunities and services. A great goal!

By far the best company to work for and the best community to be a part of. They value their employees which in turn reflects how the residents are treated. It starts from the top and if I did not have to move abruptly I would still be there doing what I love with the best team of caring individuals. 5 stars for sure. Stop by if you have s chance, see everyone smiling. Its for a reason.

I was employed here for 8 years, It was a great place to work with some great people.Prior to working here,I worked many care facilities as a registry nurse. I can honestly say this is by far one of the best care facilities you could place a loved one. The people that work here are sincere in what they do. You couldnt get better care for a loved one unless you did it yourself.
