My mother just moved here, and we have been impressed from the moment we stepped on the campus. Rozelle was amazing in being patient during our many tours. She found my mother the perfect apartment. Then we ate in the dining hall. The food was amazing and the waiters- Luis, Joshua, and Riley were personable and took excellent care of us. I am so happy to know that my mother is at such a great place!

I was hesitant to move into a senior facility because I felt I would lose my freedom. I toured Fellowship Square with my daughters. Rozell even came on her day off to give us a tour and explain about Fellowship Square. She treated us as though we were family. It didn't take much to convince me that this was where I needed to be. The staff greet me by name, the residents walk up to me, introduce themselves and offer to help in any way they can. I haven't felt like I was home for a long time but now I do. This is home and they are family. My kids are so happy I am here, they can see how comfortable I am. Fellowship Square is truly an answer to my prayers.

You'll be hard pressed to find another community as involved as the staff are here. They are always hustling around the campus visiting with residents, being responsive to needs, and bringing smiles to faces. I work in a number of different communities and this team has intimate knowledge of the resident's needs and challenges so they can better support them whether that involves other entities on campus or outside resources. I can assure you that doesn't happen everywhere. I'm consistently blown away by how in tune they are with everything that is happening.

Our mother lived here for 3 years as she transitioned from her own home - until she moved home to Vermont. Fellowship worked for her - friendly atmosphere, a lot of activities, nice dining room. Recent decor updates have been a fresh site as well. Security team was always helpful, maintenance worked requests timely and administration was on top of it. On site hairstylist was awesome and the transport team for doctor appointments. Just... lovely. If you're looking for a safe place for mom or dad - look at Fellowship.

My mom has been here for just over a month now. At first she was reluctant to go to an assisted living facility, but once we toured and met the staff, she was all for it. The staff are all so friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Even the residents are all friendly. It truly is a fellowship, like a big family. We appreciated the up front costs and open communications. The prices you see in the website are what you truly do pay, and with monthly specials, the move in may be even lower cost. We looked at several facilities with exorbitant ‘move in fees’ over $100k, just for the ‘privilege’ to live there, and hidden monthly fees for various amenities. None of that nonsense here, just honest, friendly, loving staff. The only real complaint I have heard from mom is that she didn’t care for a few of the meals, but with multiple options each day, she can always find something she does like. If you’re looking for a place for yourself or a parent, you won’t be disappointed.

My mom has been at Fellowship Square for many years and it has been acceptable for most of that time. Recently however, the 25 meals provided have been deplorable. They used to be well balanced and nutritious. The portions are half what they used to be. They no longer offer the soup, salad, entree, two sides and dessert. The last meal she received was half a serving of rice, half a service of broccoli and some over cooked, and dry fish. - all of which was cold. The food is barely edible, delivered late. The value of the meals is supposed to be $12. In no way are these meals worth this amount. My mom is a diabetic and needs to eat around noon everyday. She notified them of this and the past three days the meals have been delivered at 1:15 and have been stone cold. She is required to subsidize the minimal number of meals just to be full. This has had a huge impact on my 94 year old mom. When you can't eat together with your friends once a day, there's not much to look forward to. And now the food is just awful. The menus have deteriorated and the same entrees are offered frequently with very little variety. I earnestly wonder if these meals are even sufficient for a minimum nutrition standards. Fellowship Square requires that residents take the meals as part of the rent. They should either improve the meal program or offer an alternative to providing your own meals at a reduced cost. I a very disappointed in what has been a good, safe healthy environment for my mom. Are there not minimum standards for food for retirement residents?

I visit my family here and they really like it. The establishment has a problem with not enough employees so many services that made it great at the beginning are limited which makes it frustrating.

Everything we need is available here; clean apartments, good food, wonderful activities for all abilities, a good fitness center and swimming pool, and most of all, a friendly and competent staff! Also, beautiful grounds with safe walking paths and well landscaped courtyards.

Everyone is very friendly….that includes administration, staff, and residents! When our friends come to visit, their common response when they see the campus is “You live in a resort! The grounds are so beautifully kept!” There are so many fun and engaging activities so no one can truthfully say, “I’m bored!” My husband and I love living here!

My father has called Fellowship Square Phoenix home for almost 5 years. He has everything he needs within the complex, a very nice independent apartment, transportation for appts, shopping and all sorts of activities available. The staff is top notch! They are caring, friendly and make the residents feel like family! Since I live several states away it is a great comfort to know he is surrounded by caring people!

Out.Standing.Facility.Grandma (92 yo) said shed never move out of her house, but after being at Fellowship Square for approximately 6 months, she says moving to the community was the best decision shes made in years. Family has nothing bad to say about them.

My mom has lived here for over 14 years and we visit regularly. My mom loves it. They are always updating the facilities. The food is excellent. I did not care for what I ate in the dining room only a couple of times. And, if you do not care for what you are served they will bring you something else as the menu has lots of choices! Last year they updated my moms apartment at no charge! The staff is wonderful. They have lots of activities and provide regularly scheduled transportation to doctors, shopping and special programs. I would highly recommend Fellowship Square!
