The professionalism and kind approach of the staff is amazing. Every staff member I have interacted with has been wonderful including Louis, Ruben, Lena, Jennifer and Hillary just to name a few. If your loved one needs a rehabilitation facility, I highly recommend Christian Care Health Center.

I've picked up multiple shifts there through my nursing agency, although I've been a nurse for a long time each facility can be different. I've found the nurses are helpful and very passionate about their residents, management is a huge resource as well ! My mother-in-law was in the care of Crhristian Care until her passing recently. The family was so very fortunate that this is where she spent the last part of her life because the care she received made all the difference. A good portion of the time was during the worst of the Covid pandemic and any care in any facility was a challenge to the staff as well as the families. In person visiting was impossible so we had to do "window visits". Since my mother-in-law was extremely hard of hearing and had failing eyesight, it was necessary to use a white board to communicate with her. Had it not been for the selfless help of Louis Falcon sitting by her side writing on the board and helping us communicate with her, the visits would not have been possible or had any meaning. Louis visited her almost daily, reading cards and letters from the family, listening to her tell stories about her past, and being a companion to her. During the tough times of Covid when the residents were isolated and deprived of family interaction, people like Louis were a lifeline and a blessing. The staff at Christian Care didn't just do their jobs, they gave their heart and souls to provide the best care and comfort to people who needed it the most. God bless all of them.

Lena is quite possibly the most caring and intelligent nurse I have ever met. You dont see alot of people who truly care in this profession anymore but Lena stands high and above from the rest. My patients all speak very highly of her. I consider myself blessed that I have the opportunity to work side by side with her.

So happy we are able to visit again in person, but throughout COVID, Louis Falcon has been very helpful scheduling FaceTime visits and now being so flexible with scheduling in person visits for my husband and I and separate appointments for our children.

I continue to be impressed with the nursing center at Christian Care. Louis with activities is the heart and soul of this building. He is always so professional and caring when dealing with mine or my families concerns. The nurses are very caring and loving to my grandmother. I thank them for all they do for my grandmother during this hard time.

The 5-stars rating is mainly due to the professionalism and kindness of the Activities Director, Lewis Falcon, at the Christian Care Nursing Facility.Mr. Falcon always responds to questions and emails. He makes a lot efforts to ensure that our visits inside and window-side with Mom happens and when a special occasion, hes there to assist as well. Hes doing an exceptional job with the scheduling of the in-person visits and will work with you as needed.Also, high ratings and appreciation to the Nursing and CNA staff as well. An incredible job that takes extraordinary people. Appreciate your taking care of Mom and always responding to our requests!A thanks to Taurus as you were and still are available when couldnt reach others!Unfortunately, must also note about the lack of responses from the Director of Nursing and the Social Director.When receive an email or voice mail and cant respond right away, it is only proper to respond to the receipt of such. Very unprofessional to not respond at all. That would have been very unacceptable at my job.Still, theres Lewis, Taurus, the Nurses and CNA staff that puts this facility at such a high rating.Thank you so very much for taking care of our Mother and always being there to help!

A kind, generous and friendly long term care! Staff care, have a good sense of humour and are knowledgeable in the ways of patient care. I am an RN of 40 yrs. My Mom Stella is 100 yrs. old. Believe me, we have been through 3 places already with many staff mistakes: broken wrists, wrong medicine, needless falls! Yes, it happens frequently . Christian Care was recommended by an RN peer. We are GLAD. Mom is happy. She feels safe. They treat her wonderfully. Julio Casas is an accessible listening administrator. Nursing staff and Social Service is accessible. Louis Falcon ensures that patients are kept happy and busy. He is the heart of the place. The residents love him! CC takes patient care seriously, as we take our loved ones seriously.

Love the little birds in the front. So welcoming and accommodating. The activities are always fun and executed well and the male lead nurses are always so kind! I always recommend this place to people for work or for a stay.

Mother was in outpatient services here in February 2018. The courtesy and professionalism of the nurses, aides occupational therapists, and physical therapists were beyond excellent. I realize that she was only in for two weeks, but the care was exemplary. After she was discharged, we continued her physical therapy with Christian Care for the following month, and the physical therapist was wonderful. Thanks Christian Care Health Care for getting Mother back "on track"

These reviews are mixing assisted living in with the nursing home. The nursing home could and should be so much better. It is always short staffed with high turn over and alot of the nurses station staff arent very helpful. The food is not good. There are are some good caring people here but not enough.

A beautiful campus where people truly care. My mother has lived there for 2 years now. This place has it all my mother doesn't even have to leave the campus her their is Dr on campus along with therapy services everyone has been so helpful. This is one of the few places who put patient care above profits. Just ask a resident or my mother how great this place is come and visit to see for yourself.

Christian Care Assisted Living has been truly a lifesaver. The care and kindness they provide to my mother has resulted in improvements in her overall health and well-being, and has provided me with peace of mind knowing she is taken care of. The staff is very professional, responsive to the needs of the residents as well as their families, and I couldn't ask for a better place for my mother.
