Stayed for 6 months over the winter. Never had any pest issues. Any issues I had with the unit were almost immediately fixed even when I had a power issue late at night. The staff is super friendly, Jenn is a very thoughtful and caring manager and Vern does an amazing job at maintenance. I never really heard any other apartment either. The AC units are a little loud but I think that's a real benefit to sound insulation and I loved the white noise from them in the background. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable housing.

I moved here in March of 2024 and I always felt welcome , I cannot ask for better I feel very safe nice neighbors, including the staff , the manager has a very big heart and always keeps you updated on special things for special occasions all the time, she's a pleasure to have as a managerial could not ask for anything more !!!! Her name is Jennifer I promise you it is very peaceful

I've been here for almost 4 years now. Jennifer the property Manager is amazing. She always looks to help everyone.she is very kind and compassionate towards all of the tenants. Ever since she became property manager things are starting to get better with the property and she is trying to strengthen the bonds in our community.

I recently moved to this apartment community and have the best experience from application process to move in. I can tell they care about their residents. The property manager Jennifer is amazing and has been able to help me with any questions I had along to way. Not only do I appreciate the cleanliness of the community I appreciate the kindness that has been shown to me.

Apartment was rented by my family for a 5 day stay in area. Poorly lit at night going to upstairs apt. Strong smell which affected my breathing. 8 plug in Room deoderizers, 3 in one room! What odor were they trying to mask? Mattresses were uncomfortably hard. Living room furniture very hard and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend. As I recall this place was formally a senior assisted apartment complex?

Pool is nice and the apartments are spacious. Jennifer, Manny and Vernon are always here friendly and happy to help. I can see they are have the same vision about making the property look great again and we appreciate that.

I have lives here for three years and love the community. Jen in the leasing office is always very helpful. The leasing company has been one of the best experiences in life. They work hard to improve and maintain the property.

I have lived at the fountains for 3 years now, I love the area and the apartments are very well taken care of, any problem you may have it gets fixed or they will make it a priority to get it fixed. And our front desk/receptionist Jen is beyond amazing!! She is so sweet friendly caring and kind. She literally does it all and she most IMPORTANTLY TRULY CARES FOR HER TENANTS!!!!

The Fountain in Lake Pleasant is a great place for my parents. They love it very much. There's things for them to do and friends they've come to know. They were in their house and stuck there without any friends, without any help, now they have help for baths and help for just about everything. They have great meals that are cooked for them by a chef in a beautiful dining room with linens. There is a library, there's a craft room, there's laundry and the mail is right outside from the laundry room. They have a grand piano in the dining room and they'll have entertainers come once in a while. Cocktail hours sometimes with dancing which is so wonderful for them at their age. It has brought them so close together, much closer than they were being stuck in their home not being able to care for it and do anything with it. I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff is very very helpful as well.

Susan, the director is the most caring person I have ever had the pleasure to come across. I was very fortunate to meet her on the quest to find a community for my mom. She really went out of her way for us, and for that I am publishing this review. While my mom was talked into another location by her sister, by far, this director is the most up front, caring and knowledgeable person in the area. If you like a close knit community with staff that really do care, and who are not only improving the facility, but the business as a whole, please consider this place. I have no doubt after some time, my mom will be heading to the Fountains in the near future.
