Rio Vista has been an ABSOLUTE blessing and I accredit it all to the Staff. This journey with my mom has NOT been easy, but all thanks to the Staff who've been apart of our process! My five star review is well deserved given my mom's medical care and needs. I would personally like to thank: Director of Admissions: Brenton for taking my call for two days, answering and explaining things to me! This guy is great.. I mean it! Activities: Starla who has been an absolute pleasure to meet and talk to. One of the most sweetest and loving people I've come across to meet and know. Admissions: Cynthia, Valerie and Sydney for always listening to me, providing so much love and encouragement and also welcoming my mom. You all are so sweet. Business Management: Serina and Janil who were very instrumental, patient, great listeners and persistent about my mom's long term care. I spent alot of time with these two and could NOT have done this without you..seriously. Case Manager: These two went above and beyond on behalf of my mom. I definitely spent alot of time with these two ladies (tears and all). Starla, who understood, and could relate! Thank you so much for being there for me, and supplying the chocolate lol. You have blessed my whole life through your support and compassion. Lucia, thank you for caring and making yourself available always, especially when I needed you. CNA / Nurses: Amber, Alex, Barb, Bebe, Breanna, Coretta, Danita, Destiny, John, Josephine, Katie, Mia, Melanie, Mahogany, Selina, Sarafina, Shelly, Sun, Sydney, and Tameka - We've laughed, we've joked, we've endured patience lol, I've cried many many times.. but you've listened, you've supported, you've encouraged and you've cared. We could not have gotten this far without the extension of your grace, your patience, your compassion and your kindness. Concierge: Sammy who works so hard, running around consistently taking care of things. You've always made time for me with any questions or concerns. Thank you girl! Director of Nursing / Administrator: Megan, Maddie and Tammy who are always the nicest, smiling, took care of all the things we needed and always available whenever I needed them. Front Desk: Lina, Darlene, JD and Taylor for always being my welcoming party whenever I call and my friendly faces when I visit. Medical: Harry who and played a key role in our process and pushed me in the right direction in my mom's long term care. It was all possible because of you! I would highly recommend Rio Vista for your loved one. All residents are treated with curiosity and respect. They also have a wonderful facility dog for all the animals lovers.

I've been employed here at Rio Vista for 7 months as the activity supervisor and i absolutely LOVE it. The Residents are great and the staff is friendly. The residents tell me they really enjoy doing daily activities.

I have been here just under 2 years. In that time I have nothing but praises to give. Food is good (I have had much worse at other places); very nice nursing staff and front desk staff. Activity staff is awesome, they provide us with lots of things to do - from Bingo to Jeopardy to ice cream socials and movies. Wonderful place to come to get better.

Am currently a patient at Rio Vista. This is my 3rd time coming back to get physical therapy that staff is very caring, they listen to you they take care of all my needs. The staff is very friendly. They have the best therapy staff. The food is delicious. I recommend this facility 100%.

My stay lasted almost 10 weeks. The staff was excellent, caring, attentive, and answered call lights quickly. I will return to this facility again. The therapy department is fantastic with new gym. They also have an excellent wound care team. The food could certainly be better.

I have been working here for a little over 1month.The managment team is easy to work with and are always welcoming and eager to help. There is a lot of support from the ENTIRE team whether it is the therapy team, nursing team and even management. You will never struggle here. There is plenty of opportunities for growth and they are willing to help you succeed. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. The team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, it is a delight to work with them.

I have worked at Rio for 6 years in activities. I love my job and look forward to coming to work in the morning. We have resident in the building from all walks of life and they have wonderful stories to tell. We have a wonderful activities department and have many activities for the resident to do. "Do what you love and love what you do" that's how I feel about my job at Rio.
