At the Sky Vista residents get involved in a social setting that promotes their health and independence. We are located in Mesa, Mesa. Our residents are close to some of the best local scenery and attractions available in the area. Restaurants, events, and activities also give seniors plenty to choose from.

Such an amazing and blessed time at Park Senior Villas! My mother in law stays here and RAVES about the food and the caretakers! 🙂 Makes us happy to know how happy she is here! They even had our whole family come out for brunch and an egg hunt with our kids for Easter!

The staff are so compassionate, loving and engaging with the residents. I believe they treat them like family. The activities are also a highlight. WOW- I have never been happier with a community! Everyone is so friendly and the residents are so welcoming to other new residents. The marketing director did a fantastic job guiding me through the move in process. I felt SO supported throughout the entire transition!!

recently have been looking for a community for my grandfather. Ive been to quite a few places recently and Mariposa point of mesa was by far the best. Everyone in the community is so friendly, the staff were so kind and informative and I really feel like my grandpa will enjoy being Here. I have honestly been so nervous to put him in to a care facility because of Covid. I dont want him to feel lonely or to get sick during this craziness but coming to this community helped ease my nerves. Thank you friendly staff for reassuring me and making my decision so much easier.

I recently walked in to tour this community. I was completely blown away by the cleanliness, the staff, and the overall welcoming spirit of the marking director. Even though I did not have an appointment, she welcomed me into the building and talked with me in depth about what I was exactly looking for in a community. She was extremely thorough and made me feel comfortable in my decision to move my mother into Mariposa Point of Mesa!!

I recently worked helping a family move their dad into Mariposa Point of Mesa. We only had the weekend to find him an apartment in Assisted Living, and we are all so impressed with a ‘window wall that can be opened to connect a beautiful indoor sitting area to a patio with furniture on the outside- perfect For social distancing visits. The community is so new and beautiful- and all on one level- not overwhelmingly big like many communities. Ariana, the Marketing Manager, was response by calls and text through the evening on Saturday and also on Sunday. The Wellness staff helped navigate Covid tests and other assessments within the one working day (Monday) that we had to get dad moved on Tuesday. The whole family is very happy at how everything went and dad seems very happy with the friendliness of the staff and the environment. I represent many seniors and their families, helping them move to senior living communities throughout the valley- and Mariposa Point far exceeded my expectations - I am so impressed at how the staff worked as a team to make the move less stressful.

When I recently inquired with Mariposa Point of Mesa, about possibly moving into their community, I received prompt and efficient response. They made the entire process very easy and made me feel confident in my decision. Everyone was extremely helpful and I immediately felt comfortable moving into their community. I have worked here ever since the start of the pandemic. I chose to work here because the moment I entered the building I knew that everyone there was doing their best to protect the residents and staff and keep them safe from COVID-19. For the past year, every person in the building has held such high sanitation regulations and precautions. Our residents, even throughout the pandemic, were never isolated or alone, we as staff members have taken care of them since day 1.

My mom has been living at this facility in the memory care section for 1-1, 2 years. When I was looking for a facility, I wanted one that would provide the best possible environment for her. This facility (I prefer to call it a residence) was without a doubt the best one for her needs. They have areas where everyone can gather to eat, watch TV or participate in any one of the other activities. Outside entertainment is brought in on a regular basis (other than during COVID times). The staff is loving and the caregivers learned her likes and dislikes very early on in her stay. She continually tells us how happy she is. Isnt that what we all want! If your loved one cant be with you, they should be here!
