I would have to say the experience has not been that great since I've been here.I found myself isolated.It seems They cater more to assisted living care type individuals.So it's not very active. There has been issues with security and people entering our property during the evening hours. We have no security and often people from outside companies are able to enter our properties easily., Having a service dog Requires an extensive amount of care every time we enter the hallways that are carpeted, he sneezes and sneezes. We try to avoid the inside of the buildings as we're not sure what they're using to clean the carpets. There was several maintenance issues with my unit that took me an extensive amount of time to get the repairs finalized. In fact, after the eighth visit to my unit, I repaired the leak in my shower and then had them check it out. It has been fine since then. Put the fact that I had to do it because the staff that they had hired to do that job was not Capable. As far as fully trained, I've had comments from the office workers saying they would rather not get involved in things.They're just here to get their check.And cruise through the day , they are not interested in learning or doing anything to help. We are on our third manager since I've been here. I had high hopes that things would change, but I see they're not going to as initially. My incentive offer was not properly handled in the beginning. I've been working with multiple different work groups over a period of a year and a 1/2.n But since?

Well after a year here, renters are great. But We have a 2 year lease which surprisingly was raised after a year, nearly $100 ? Deception in leasing is right here and all sparrow living properties

They seem poorly constructed. Floors in main hallways very wavy. Unsealed tile and cracking grout. These are said to be under a year old. They also have no options as far as garbage or internet and tv. You get there stuff or none at all.

Just came for a visit, property is beautiful and staff is lovely! Loved seeing all the tenants gathered together, sharing stories, and creating a wonderful community.

Highly recommend this place if looking for a 55+ active community. We have our 83yo friend there. It's great. We want to move in too.

Been here 3 months and totally enjoy living here. The Staff and Residents are a wonderful group to have as neighbors. Lots to do and a beautiful Community. Will recommend to anyone asking about places to move to.
