Both of my elderly parents recently needed immediate additional in-home care. We chose Endeavor to provide essential supervision and non-medical assistance for them both. I just signed a service agreement with Endeavor this morning to start service in the near future for 24 hour care for my father. Today my dad soiled himself and I couldn't find anyone to help me (he's a big man). Even our hospice service said they were busy. I called Endeavor as my last resort and Sam and Lilly were here within 30 minutes, more like 20 minutes, with smiles on their faces. I watched them help my dad and they made it look so easy, helped him without causing any distress or discomfort. I watched in awe and it brought tears to my eyes how sweet and calming they were with my father who is typically a very ornery fella. Our service contract hasn't even started yet!!! Amazing work girls. Simply amazing.

I have been in healthcare my entire career as a professional consultant. My experience has provided me with the rich opportunity to meet so many great people and assist families who need assistance under some of lifes most difficult circumstances. I live in California, trying my best to manage my Mothers health care in Phoenix. After being in the hospital, rehab and then assisted living, she wanted to go home. For several months I was flying to Phoenix, attempting to manage her elder care. Finally, I connected with Endeavor Senior In-Home Care. What A relief, I feel that I finally found a professional agency with a sincere desire to take care of my mothers health, safety and living needs !!
