My mother moved into Canyon Winds Assisted living after a hip fracture. Dasha made our transition into Canyon Winds seamless. We have been very happy with the friendly, professional, and welcoming culture. The facility is modern and very clean with many amenities. Canyon Winds offers many activities to keep the residents engaged. The resident's floor plans are the best we have seen anywhere. We dine frequently with my mother in the dinning room where the meals are fresh, healthy and tasty with many options. The caregivers are very responsive to my mother's needs. They sincerely care about her and her well being. We have had many experiences over the past few years with assisted living facilities in various states. We can say without a doubt that Canyon Winds has been our best experience by far.

Our mother raised our family just a 3 minute drive away, so naturally we thought to look into having mom move in as a resident in the assisted living building of Canyon Winds. The staff has been incredible with our mom, calling her by name, speaking to her with respect, and treats her with such dignity. I am so happy for Mom to be there. I have even stayed several nights in Mom's room with her and am grateful for the beautiful surroundings. She lived in her home for nearly 52 years, so to relocate somewhere close by her home has been such a nice bonus. It's a fantastic facility, and I am grateful to the care given to our mom. I'm so happy we called and spoke to the director about the earlier poor ratings. She was very transparent and honest with us, and we are so happy we made the decision to move her in.

My dad moved into Canyon Winds in August 2023. He has dementia and needs help with daily life activities. I was so happy we found Canyon Winds, the staff is absolutely wonderful! Everyone knows him by name they are kind, caring, and very supportive. I know he's in good hands. They provide wonderful chef prepared meals, weekly laundry, housekeeping, medication dispensed by nursing staff daily, and they have variety of activities to entertain and keep him active. I could not be happier with the care he receives from Canyon Winds.

My family will never forget the love and care my mom received at Canyon Winds. From the front desk to the kitchen staff to the caregivers and med techs. Each one was so thoughtful and caring with her during a very difficult time. Nora, Priscilla and Moniqua were also very helpful and always available to assist in any way. My Mom was in both Assisted Living and Memory Care and we found the management and staff to be very responsive to her needs. There are top-notch care givers employed here who helped Mom through some difficult episodes right through to her passing. The facility is new, clean, well-maintained and ideally located for NE Mesa residents who want their elderly loved-ones near by.

Kind staff that both works well with visitors and the patients themselves. The elderly are very welcoming as well as the staff, which makes this a great place for volunteer work and field trips.

I had the pleasure of touring the facility with Wendi and the building was clean. As we walked the staff was friendly and accommodating to the residents. It feels like a place that my grandparents could call home for this stage of life.

The staff at Canyon Winds memory care are wonderful. They are caring and loving always putting the resdent first. The kitchen staff is greatwith the chef who tries to make interesting meals for all tastes especially the daily soup. The kitchen supervisor always tries to get the fussiest resident to eat. Of course there are my special people who take care of my husband and I thank them from my heart.
