Last month I adopted a senior and Tiffany did an AMAZING job on helping me through it and getting the gifts to the resident.

This Christmas I had the pleasure of adopting a senior and I had a great time doing so. Tiffany made the process seamless and fun. She planned a whole day out of it and made sure I could personally give the gifts to the senior I got to adopt. This was such a joyful way to give back and I thank Tiffany for all her hard work in getting all her seniors adopted. She was truly a joy to be around and cares so much about all her seniors.

I came up from Nogales to tour The Villas for my mom and I was so impressed. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Danielle took her time with my mom and was so patient listening to her needs and wants. I am excited to have my mom so close to home and having fun. We can’t wait to be apart of the Villas family. I see why they have won 7 years straight for best memory care by the newspaper.

My grandmother was a hospice resident here and unfortunately passed this evening. The staff were so incredible to us and to my grandmother. It was obvious that the staff here genuinely care. I noticed little things that they did to comfort her when they had to move her and how kindly they spoke to her. They offered us lunch, as it was Thanksgiving and we'd been there most of the day. They were so kind to us and really went above and beyond! Vanessa, the med tech that was taking care of her ar night really pays attention to the residents. She was also SO compassionate when she called to tell me that my grandmother had passed. We'd left less than an hour before and she shared what had happened, as well as what would happen going forward. The hospice NP, Cathy, was very responsive to our needs and made sure that my grandmother was well cared for and comfortable. I think she teared up a little as we talked about arrangements that needed to be made. Losing a loved one is never easy, but we're taking comfort in knowing that she was so well cared for. This is a wonderful place!

Whomever [name removed] is has either never been to The Villas at Green Valley or has a very sick view of the real world, for which she needs mental health help. The Villas is VERY NICE place where my 105 mother is being given EXCELLENT loving care by a wonderful staff of young men and women. If you check further you will see the facility has been given top awards for its services for many years.

The Villas at Green Valley is a beautiful property. They worked quickly with us to place a very dear friend who was being released from care without much notice. The Villas reminds me of a large home. Residents are happy and friendly. Staff was wonderful and always helpful. Very happy with the villas and I will keep them in mind for future needs.

Very nice facility and the staff is wonderful to deal with. Although not having anyone close to me that is a resident I often make deliveries to the facility and see happy people every time I’m there, including the generous staff that always great you with a smile. The facility is beautiful and very well kept which usually means it’s very well managed and a popular place for assisted living.

The Villas Assisted Living & Memory Care of Green Valley is a beautiful facility. The staff is friendly. It is always clean and it feels very homey. The ratio is 1-5 which is very important to me. Every other place is 1-10. I highly recommend the Villas!

I want to let people know what a wonderful place The Villas at Green Valley is. My dad had gotten quite depressed because of not seeing many visitors in his home and not being able to get out. His life has opened up with 9 friends in his home and many more that live in the eight homes in the neighborhood. The fun activities, delicious food, and thoughtful caring caregivers have put my mind at ease. Thanks.

The villas at green valley is an amazing assisted living home. It was absolutely peaceful and the staff were so nice and welcoming it made me want to live there! Our tour was fantastic and our caregivers were attentive and thoughtful.

The place looks beautiful to start with, clean and well cared for. However, as the saying goes do not judge a book by the cover. My mother was there for about 5 weeks and several bad things occurred that I can not over look. I was not told when she was almost out of medications, her meds are mail order and takes up to 2 weeks to refill. The "med tech almost gave her the wrong insulin and would have if I had not been there to stop him(than argued with me about it) when administering appropriate one he did not give full dose. She had fallen, I was not contacted by staff. I took her out for an hair appointment (I told them we were going) the called me because they could not find my mom. Meals have small portions, my mom actually lost weight while there. They claimed to have planned activities during the day, however these rarely occured.
