My husband was in the hospital for 3 weeks and when he returned home he was unable to care for himself as he did before surgery. I called Embrace and they responded so quickly and had help for us in less than a week! Less than a month later he is back to his usual self all due to the excellent care from Embrace. The care and concern was top notch and I would definitely recommend them to anyone searching for in home caregivers to help you improve your quality of life and all your family needs. I have been using Embrace for several years for three days a week, and have found them to be very satisfactory both in service and pricing. They have been quick to satisfy all of my needs. Their employees/office staff are competant and personable, and also flexible to my needs. I have no plans or reasons to discontinue, and I am greatful for their wonderful service!

I don't usually do reviews but in this case I thought I should. I was moving from the East coast to AZ and needed to have a caregiver immediately. I called several places and got the same answer, they charged $49+ per hour and wouldn't do less than a 4 hour time frame. I needed 1hour in the morning and 1 hour at night. Then I called Embrace and was told $34 per hour and at first was told it would be for a 4 hr. When I explained what I needed I was told to hold for a moment. When she got back on the phone she said yes they would do the hour in the morning and hour at night. That was 3 months ago. The aides have been so nice and caring. They go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable, clean, and have what I need. I thought I had good aides at the assisted living place I was at, but they don't even come close. I would definitely recommend Embrace to anyone who is needing caregiver assistance.

My Mom has been receiving care from Embrace for 5 yrs. now. They truly care about her and their support for Mom and myself is outstanding. Many changes over the last 5 yrs. and they are always on top of providing the best caregiver compatible with my Mom. They will be our support system until my Mom's end of life, per my Mom's wishes. We suddenly needed to find daily care for my Mom following a stroke, so I called Embrace. Autumn came to her house the next day, listened with empathy, explained the process and found the absolute perfect care giver for my mother. Cara is kind, compassionate and had an instant rapport with my mom. The on-line portal, schedule flexibility and regular communication makes it easy to manage my mom's care from afar. Thank you Geneva and the entire staff of Embrace In-Home Care. The team at Embrace In-Home Care made my mom's transition from the hospital back to her home so much easier for EVERYONE. The caregivers were not just focused on Mom. They checked on myself and my dad as well to make sure we were doing okay. The caregivers were like family to us, and it was difficult to say goodbye when our time with Embrace came to an end. This agency was truly a blessing to our family.
