After losing my husband of 58 years and being at the depth of depression, my daughter decided that I needed to be at an Independent living facility. I entered a place near her in Tempe. My 4 week stay there was disaster! There was no attempt by staff to welcome new residents...I was virtually on my own...including eating alone for most meals and spending most of my days, alone watching TV ! My daughter sensed my unhappiness and transferred me to The Park at Copper Creek. Sensing that it would be the same conditions, I prepared for the same treatment. What a shock !! I was instantly welcomed by staff and residents. I have been here for almost 5 months and cannot praise the staff, conditions, and residents enough! As I have told my friends: The younger staff treats me like their grandmother, the older staff, treats me like their mother. And consequently the residents treat the staff as family ! The facility has an ambassador program to insure that no resident feels alone . The food is really good, as are the activities. The place is beautiful and feels much like my home. Cannot praise it enough! I am so looking forward to spending my later years here ! I would highly recommend The Park at Copper Creek to anyone wishing a positive, happy, blessed place to live their life to the fullest! ( and get to know my new family, Lisbeth, David, Kathy, Lincoln, Christina , Dan and Diana...to name a few! We moved my mother in a few months ago, this being the third senior community we tried for her and wow. We are so ecstatic with the place itself. It’s beautifully appointed and taken care of, the amenities are abundant, the meals are amazing and lots of variety, and tons of activities for whatever one might be interested in. But what has made all of the difference for my mom are the people. Both the staff and the residents are amazingly kind, caring, open and friendly. It’s been hard for my mom to basically start all over and her self confidence wasn’t great. The Park’s atmosphere is just so warm and inviting. My mom had invitations to dine with others so she didn’t have to risk walking up to a table to invite herself to join only to be told they were saving the seat for someone else. This happened at the other places we tried and it ruined the entire experience for her. The staff treat her like family. And she adores them. She’s now participating in their ambassador program as one who pals around with new residents to help them acclimate. Just can’t say enough positive things about the place.

WOW!!! I see now what people mean when comparing some of these senior living communities to being on a cruise ship. The Park at Copper Creek paints that perfect picture of being on a cruise ship. What else can you ask for other than the ocean to travel from destination to destination. Awesome staff, friendly residents and you can feel that the residents are happy and love the lifestyle they are living. Jammed packed with luxury, creme dela creme features, craftsmanship, amenities, activities, top notch overall, plus. Leslie you Rock and represent this community above and beyond reproach. You sold me from the very beginning over the phone, I had not even seen the place. Your confidence in your product exuded over the phone and I felt the need to come and see what I would miss if I had to choose another community over The Park. My pleasant surprise is, this is where I want to call home, lets make this happen. New beginnings every day.

I have rated The Park at Copper Creek at 5 stars, because everything about the community is 5 STAR Starting with Lisbeth Levor, Director of Community Relations and the Staff who provide professional guidance and support that is second to none. The facility amenities and decor are by far the best in the Phoenix area - trust me we toured many. The wide range of activities offer something for everyone - social, crafts, games, fitness, you name it. The Lexus Town Car for doctor appointments and Mercedes Shuttle for shopping provide the freedom you need to enjoy the surrounding community. All the above is great, but what makes “The Park” so special are the welcoming and friendly residents who call it home

It was not easy to leave my home; however, the Staff at The Park at Copper Creek were encouraging and helped my move go as smoothly as possible. They are most helpful and their caring continues even after I moved in here. It’s beautiful; well maintained; the food is delicious; it is quiet, yet there are many activities to choose from; and most of all, I feel safe, comfortable and very much at home here. This was a great decision!

LOVE the Park at CC and LOVE Koelsch who owns them. I work in the senior care industry and had the honor of meeting one of the owners late last year.Fast forward to now and I cannot say enough good things about The Park, Koelsch, and the Koelsch staff. The Park at Copper Creek is a very beautiful Independent Living Community. It truly is a one of a kind place. Their entire staff is amazing including but not limited to their Executive Director(Diana), Sales Team (Susan and Danielle) and their Chef(Brianna) and entire kitchen staff. I have eaten here on multiple occasions and am always very impressed with the food. I stop by for lunch in their bistro sometimes when I am in the area. I would tell anybody looking for an Independent Living Community to start your search here.

My folks recently moved in to the Park. What a gorgeous complex and how warm and caring is each staff member! As soon as you step in the front door you are greeted by a warm smiling concierge. What a wonderful way to start each day! The Park not only provides beautiful and well appointed apartments, fabulous activities and 5 star menus but gives my folks a sense of community. It is a true neighborhood. Each resident is addressed by name and made to feel truly valued and welcome. My folks are very pleased with their life at the Park and so are we.

What more can I say about this community that isnt boldly obvious from the second you step foot on the property. From the high tech charging stations for electric vehicles in the parking lot, to the happy receptionist that greets everyone upon entry, The Park is in a league of its own. I held my client appreciation dinner in the dining room on May 4th for 26 guests and everyone raved about the meal, the service and the atmosphere. The food was absolutely incredible--fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. The staff was incredibly easy to work with and helped make the event a success and the head chef was attentive to everything I needed. All my guests were asking when they could move in!
