My parents recently moved to the Park at Copper Creek. Many happy and friendly residents who introduced themselves to us! The staff is wonderful and caring and very helpful. Many activities available. My parents love the spaciousness of their apartment and that they have a full kitchen. Meals are wonderful. Something for everyone.

This place is amazing in so many ways. We were referred by a friend of a friend whose father lives here. Last April my step father & I dropped in without an appointment to see what it looked like. From the moment we walked in we were impressed with the vibrancy, cleanliness, modern decor & happiness in people's faces. Fortunately, Leslie was available & able to give us a quick tour which ended up lasting longer because we had so questions, we were interested for my mom. We stayed for lunch & was so excited to show my brother. He was equally impressed. Our reluctant mom stayed for a 3 day trial. It went well but, change is hard. We pushed our mom to try it for a month, two or three. She is doing so well. The staff is so supportive & nice. All of them ! The food is delicious with several healthy options as well as indulgent options. The salon, PT, house cleaning, the spacious rooms, the gym, movie room, several activities, a car/driver available, a little dog run. Plus, they welcome visitors. I travel & stay with my mom when I come to town for a night in or two. My mom is in better physical & mental health than she's been in years. I'm so grateful. My brother & I have come up with solutions regarding her medication with an alarmed pill dispenser. That along with meal schedule, socializing & goals has helped immensely. It's been great for our entire family especially our mom. Thank you everyone !

First, before I begin my story…….WOW!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY! If you or a loved one are looking for a HOME, that does not feel like a traditional independent community environment….The Park at Copper Creek is simply LOVE & CARE wrapped up in an upscale, resort style living!! Every person's reason for searching for an independent living Community are different. My family and I were forced to move my parents closer to my brother and I in the East valley area. You see, my Mother's health was failing and we were seeking a home that was worthy of housing two of the most important persons in our life! I seem to think it was fate that we happened upon THE PARK! We were new to looking for independent living communities but, we quickly learned they were all very similar…the feel of most communities were almost hospital style apartment living. The decor and overall feel just seemed to lack comfort. When I first visited THE PARK, I seriously felt much differently! The amenities and greetings at the front desk, assured me that I could not be in a place that My Parents could afford to live! The first, and in my opinion, the best GEM of this organization is Lisbeth Levor. Lisbeth is the Director of Community Relations. I immediately felt as though Lisbeth was an extended family member. She genuinely cared about our story…and, as time has proven, her care and interest in assuring my families well-being is she and the communities most important mission. This communities ambiance is exceptional! From the age appropriate decor throughout the hallways, to very modern residents suites. Every detail is accounted for when thinking of Senior living and ADA accomodations! The meals at both the dining room and on site Bistro are exquisite. No need for you or your loved one to have to leave the property for a simple hair cut or manicure. The on site Beauty Salon is upscale and very affordable! If you or your loved one is into movies or physical fitness…you have to check out the full size movie theater and physical fitness center. There is a beautiful swimming pool area and even a classic car garage included with of course a beautiful classic car! I can go on and on but, I will end by saying that unfortunately my Mom passed and we were forced to move She and my Father away when she needed full time care and eventually entered Hospice. After Mom's passing my Father immediately asked if he could move back HOME? He once again is a member of this community and loves all of the friendships he has made and continues to thrive! I encourage you to look at the ownership of the communities you are considering. Trust me, you want a company such as the Koelsch Family caring for you or your loved one!!

Everyone at the Park is absolutely wonderful! I have never seen so many residents participating in a communities activities on a daily basis. Lisbeth is one of the most friendliest coordinators in the industry and she made the move in process for our family member simple and easy. Not to mention the decor is beautiful! You must check it out!

"After checking out several senior developments in the area, we knew that The Park at Copper Creek offered the most for the money. Many thanks to Lisbeth Levor, for showing us around and treating us to lunch and Happy Hour. As result, we moved into a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in July. As we tell our friends, living here is like being on permanent vacation. In addition, the chef prepared meals have been outstanding and the entire staff has been extremely helpful and friendly.

I have been at The Park at Copper Creek for almost three years and absolutely love it. The staff cares about the residents and always communicates any changes as well as allowing residents to take part in suggesting activities (so many &so much fun!), chef chats, and way more. The in-house Restaurant, Bistro & Salon could compete with any other popular spots in town. They are very attentive to my needs and always keep my part-time assistant updated on any events when she is away. I would highly recommend Copper Creek.

I am not sure where to start with how impressed I have been with The Park at Cooper Creek in Chandler. The property itself is classy, beautiful, well kept and has a soul of its own like those that work and live there. I have been fortunate to work with their staff as well as interact with residents And what a joyful experience. You feel right at home when you enter and when you do leave, you cannot wait to return. I have been a resident at the Park for over a year and it was the best decision I have made. I loved my house but was tired of home maintenance and all that went with it. When I visited the property I was very impressed but had deposited on another community. After thinking about the other senior living options I ended up choosing the Park. After losing my husband of 58 years and being at the depth of depression, my daughter decided that I needed to be at an Independent living facility. I entered a place near her in Tempe. My 4 week stay there was disaster! There was no attempt by staff to welcome new residents...I was virtually on my own...including eating alone for most meals and spending most of my days, alone watching TV ! My daughter sensed my unhappiness and transferred me to The Park at Copper Creek. Sensing that it would be the same conditions, I prepared for the same treatment. What a shock !! I was instantly welcomed by staff and residents. I have been here for almost 5 months and cannot praise the staff, conditions, and residents enough! As I have told my friends: The younger staff treats me like their grandmother, the older staff, treats me like their mother. And consequently the residents treat the staff as family ! The facility has an ambassador program to insure that no resident feels alone . The food is really good, as are the activities. The place is beautiful and feels much like my home. Cannot praise it enough! I am so looking forward to spending my later years here ! I would highly recommend The Park at Copper Creek to anyone wishing a positive, happy, blessed place to live their life to the fullest! ( and get to know my new family, Lisbeth, David, Kathy, Lincoln, Christina , Dan and Diana...to name a few! We moved my mother in a few months ago, this being the third senior community we tried for her and wow. We are so ecstatic with the place itself. It’s beautifully appointed and taken care of, the amenities are abundant, the meals are amazing and lots of variety, and tons of activities for whatever one might be interested in. But what has made all of the difference for my mom are the people. Both the staff and the residents are amazingly kind, caring, open and friendly. It’s been hard for my mom to basically start all over and her self confidence wasn’t great. The Park’s atmosphere is just so warm and inviting. My mom had invitations to dine with others so she didn’t have to risk walking up to a table to invite herself to join only to be told they were saving the seat for someone else. This happened at the other places we tried and it ruined the entire experience for her. The staff treat her like family. And she adores them. She’s now participating in their ambassador program as one who pals around with new residents to help them acclimate. Just can’t say enough positive things about the place.

When choosing a senior living community for your loved one, it's more than selecting the one that is beautiful or most attractive. Even though The Park at Copper Creek is outstanding in elegance and ambience, the true beauty lies in the residents and staff. Upon meeting with Lisbeth, we knew this was the perfect place for our mom. We knew that our young-at-heart, 79 year old mom would thrive in the midst of the activities and the residents who were so kind and quick to provide their own tales of experiences within the community. We had dinner one evening, and several residents came by, pulled up a chair, and introduced themselves. At that moment, we knew we had selected the right place. Our mom is a recent widow and this change is going to be a bit challenging for her. She hasn't been alone and on her own for a long, long time. I feel confident that she will find life-long friends here at the Park at Copper Creek and we can rest easy knowing that she is in GREAT hands with the friendly and competent staff.

My daughter lives in Chandler Arizona and would like me to move closer to her. When I have gone to visit we have toured a few communities. By far 'The Park' is on the top of my list even though I might be a year or two out, this is where I see myself living. I have enjoyed a delicious meal. The staff is friendly and kind. WOW!!! I see now what people mean when comparing some of these senior living communities to being on a cruise ship. The Park at Copper Creek paints that perfect picture of being on a cruise ship. What else can you ask for other than the ocean to travel from destination to destination. Awesome staff, friendly residents and you can feel that the residents are happy and love the lifestyle they are living. Jammed packed with luxury, creme dela creme features, craftsmanship, amenities, activities, top notch overall, plus. Leslie you Rock and represent this community above and beyond reproach. You sold me from the very beginning over the phone, I had not even seen the place. Your confidence in your product exuded over the phone and I felt the need to come and see what I would miss if I had to choose another community over The Park. My mom recently moved in and is really enjoying it so far. She has a great view from her living room windows. There are lots of activities to do. The one I got to enjoy with her was beachball volleyball. Got some exercise without realizing it. I saw people playing cards, doing jigsaw puzzles and getting books from the library. The movie theater has a movie every night. The residents are friendly and fun to talk to and the staff is very helpful. We enjoyed having lunch in the Bistro. Lorraine is a wonderful addition as well as Sean in the dining room. We enjoyed him so much. Very funny. Wish we would be there next month for his improv workshop. Am so glad my mom is there. It gives me great peace of mind knowing she isn't alone. Thanks Lisbeth and Cathy!!!

A little over a year ago we started looking for a place my father would make his next and potentially his last home. This was a very important decision for him because he was moving with us to AZ from CO, where he lived the past 43 years, but more importantly was transitioning from living on his own in a house to living in a senior community. My daughter did the first preview tour for us and after her visit she told her grandfather and me that this was the place. She spoke highly of the Director of Community Relations, Lisbeth. She said Lisbeth was very friendly and helpful during the tour (I'm sure the chocolate cake didn't hurt either). My father and I came to town to take a tour of a few places in the area, including this place and we both knew right away that The Park at Copper Creek would be his new home. Since October 2022, this has been his home. He has made many friends, loves going to the shows that are coordinated by the Activities department, and more importantly, speaks highly of the food and all of the staff there. For us, we know he's in a safe environment where everyone cares. I'm so thankful we found The Park at Copper Park!

I have searched for about three years a great place for my parents. They lived in another independent living community that was going down hill fast. A coworker recommended The Park at Copper Creek. My mother was very set against the idea of moving but my Dad was anxious to move. My brother and I toured the place with Lisbeth and my parents. Slowly my mother started to warm up to the idea. They recently made the move. Their apartment is lovely with very nice features but not overly elegant - warm and comforting. Soft colors, nice amenities. And everyone has been so incredibly friendly. There was a lot of help with the move from the maintenance person - hanging their TV and pictures and other help. I love that they have a nice breakfast every day. Not only do they like the food but it gets them out of their apartment and socializing. They have dinner five nights a week. There are many nice features - gym, patios, game rooms, on site physical therapist, movie theatre, organized activities. Many places offer these types of amenities but this place as a warmth and friendliness that I haven't found at other places I have toured. It is a very nice size place - large enough with many activities but small enough to get to know a lot of people. I am so happy they made this move and they have been so much happier than they were at the last place.

I have rated The Park at Copper Creek at 5 stars, because everything about the community is 5 STAR Starting with Lisbeth Levor, Director of Community Relations and the Staff who provide professional guidance and support that is second to none. The facility amenities and decor are by far the best in the Phoenix area - trust me we toured many. The wide range of activities offer something for everyone - social, crafts, games, fitness, you name it. The Lexus Town Car for doctor appointments and Mercedes Shuttle for shopping provide the freedom you need to enjoy the surrounding community. All the above is great, but what makes “The Park” so special are the welcoming and friendly residents who call it home

The Park is the perfect place for me at this time in my life. I am in transition so needed a nice apartment in a good location that I could rent on a monthly basis. The Park is all that and more. The people here are very friendly and supportive and by that I mean both the staff and the residents. It was a big change for me but I was welcomed into the community and after a few months felt as though I was a part of it. It has been just over a year now and I am thankful I chose to live here.

I am not sure where to begin because our experience at The Park has been exceptional in all aspects. From our initial contact with Lisbeth, to touring the facility, to my Mom's trial visit, right on to move in, everything has been wonderful. My Mom moved in over the July 4th weekend and even though it was a holiday weekend the staff and her apartment were well prepared for her arrival. We were further impressed when on her birthday the Chef had prepared a charcuterie tray to have delivered to her. It was a wonderful way to make her feel at home and cared for. Lisbeth has been outstanding in helping us navigate the move and getting Mom settled in to her apartment. Lincoln, the handyman, has been very helpful and has taken care of any needs quickly. There are several activities for residents to do and everyone has been very welcoming. We were a little concerned that only 2 meals a day are offered but it has worked out fine. The meal times are flexible and the meals have been very tasty. Mom quickly felt like it was her home and has gotten involved with several activities and is making lots of new friends. Thank you to Lisbeth, the ladies in the Bistro, Lincoln and all those that have made the transition so easy for my Mom!!! Vicki C

It was not easy to leave my home; however, the Staff at The Park at Copper Creek were encouraging and helped my move go as smoothly as possible. They are most helpful and their caring continues even after I moved in here. This home is just a wonderful place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful. The whole community is beautiful and a blessing. The food is good with several choices each day. I am so grateful that I can live in this environment.

Our family is so glad to have found the Park at Copper Creek for my mom - this place is AWESOME! Everyone, and I mean everyone from housekeeping to the director, are genuinely caring, professional and personable and have made my mom feel so good about living there. And.... the food is amazing, the activities varied and fun-filled and the amenities too numerous to list. I wholeheartedly recommend The Park at Copper Creek!

The Park at Copper Creek is absolutely beautiful, and I cant believe the amount of amenities and social activities they offer on top of that! I am familiar with Koelsch Communities and know very well the great care they take in hiring only the best employees who care deeply about every resident and go above and beyond to meet any familys needs.

LOVE the Park at CC and LOVE Koelsch who owns them. I work in the senior care industry and had the honor of meeting one of the owners late last year.Fast forward to now and I cannot say enough good things about The Park, Koelsch, and the Koelsch staff. Building is beautiful, food is AMAZING, and the staff go above and beyond everyday for their residents. Thank you The Park staff!!!!!

The Park at Copper Creek is a very beautiful Independent Living Community. It truly is a one of a kind place. Their entire staff is amazing including but not limited to their Executive Director(Diana), Sales Team (Susan and Danielle) and their Chef(Brianna) and entire kitchen staff. I have eaten here on multiple occasions and am always very impressed with the food. I stop by for lunch in their bistro sometimes when I am in the area. I would tell anybody looking for an Independent Living Community to start your search here.

This is the most beautiful retirement, assisted living community I have ever seen! The amenities are endless and the staff are so incredibly friendly and nice. And some of the best food in town!

My folks recently moved in to the Park. What a gorgeous complex and how warm and caring is each staff member! As soon as you step in the front door you are greeted by a warm smiling concierge. What a wonderful way to start each day! The Park not only provides beautiful and well appointed apartments, fabulous activities and 5 star menus but gives my folks a sense of community. It is a true neighborhood. Each resident is addressed by name and made to feel truly valued and welcome. My folks are very pleased with their life at the Park and so are we.

What more can I say about this community that isnt boldly obvious from the second you step foot on the property. From the high tech charging stations for electric vehicles in the parking lot, to the happy receptionist that greets everyone upon entry, The Park is in a league of its own. My husband hosted a dinner in the dining room for his real estate clients and WOW! The facility is absolutely gorgeous and the food was sensational. The staff was super friendly, too. What an incredible place!

I held my client appreciation dinner in the dining room on May 4th for 26 guests and everyone raved about the meal, the service and the atmosphere. The food was absolutely incredible--fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. The staff was incredibly easy to work with and helped make the event a success and the head chef was attentive to everything I needed. All my guests were asking when they could move in!
