We had to find an assisted living facility for my mother during COVID. It was difficult know which one to choose. We chose Brookdale Chandler Regional and we found a gem! For 3 1/2 years, they took very good care of my mother; it took a huge load from us, knowing that she was safe and in the midst of people who cared. Then, this past December, my mother got ill and after hospitalization, when into hospice and "home" to Brookdale. The care for my mother and for us was truly amazing - the staff, from the facility Director to medical personnel, to serving staff, to cleaning folks, demonstrated that this is not just a "job" to them, they really care. We highly recommend Brookdale Chandler Regional!

This is a wonderful place for your loved one to settle down. The front desk staff (Johnny and Mary) are just lovely and the food is delicious. When extra help is needed such as bathing and medication administration, it is readily available. The residents are happy and friendly and eager to make friends. If you are considering Brookdale Chandler Regional, please look into it further. I think you will not be disappointed.

I would highly recommend Brookdale Chandler Regional. We needed a place for my father and couldn’t have been happier with choosing them. The staff was always very pleasant and helpful. They take great care of they’re tenants, nice dining and activities. Thank you Brookdale for taking care of my father Nicky.

Try looking at other places first. Brookdale is below standards. The only advantage I have with Brookdale is it being close to my home. I feel management and staff do not listen to tenets it reply in a timely manor.

Impressed with Brookdale’s Improvements My Mom recently passed and had lived at Brookdale Chandler Regional for 12 years. The Facility went through many changes throughout Moms stay but I do believe they have found the absolute best in Director Tugba Ferrari. Tugba worked hard to hire the skilled professionals required to turn Brookdale into a safe, loving, and caring home for Mom. It is truly evident how much everyone cares for the Residents including Lucy in the Office, the Maintenance Team, and Anna Lisa who pulled Mom out of her shell and encouraged her to join activities. The Front Desk is managed by Johnnie who always has a smile on her face and a friendly greeting when you arrive. The Med Techs and Care Givers are warm, friendly, efficient, and know their job. Amanda is a fabulous Role Model sharing her skills and providing the guidance necessary to build a strong staff. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness. The team was amazing during COVID! Excellent job following protocol which resulted in keeping all the residents healthy. Mom was always treated with respect. Medications were delivered on time. Nurse Dana and Nicole monitored Mom closely after she came home from Rehab. The Staff called me directly when concerns would arise. Amanda, Nicole, Lizzie, and Luis provided excellent care as Mom went through Hospice. The Staff was there by our side for two days catering to our every need. Thank you, Brookdale, for making a difference in Mom’s life throughout her stay. It put my mind at ease to know she was in good hands.

I have been so BEYOND pleased with the Brookdale family. My mom was already placed in memory care, at another Brookdale facility, when the time came for my dad to go to assisted living. I placed my dad at Brookdale Chandler Regional. I have not regretted it for one moment! They take pride in the rooms, food, and facility overall. They don't just tack on extra charges, they work with you and your loved one, to find the right level of care actually needed. The facility is beautiful, clean, and the employees (my dad calls them his friends) treat my dad with respect and compassion. Everyone there makes it a point to acknowledge him anytime they see him. He went from a man who lived alone and sad, since my mom was placed...to a man who is coming alive again, because of all of the kindness and inclusion he feels. They really go above and beyond for their residents...and that makes me feel really blessed to know my dad is living happy and well, in this new chapter of his life. Thank you, Brookdale...I am so happy we are part of the family!

I would like to express a Thank you to the HERO’S at Brookdale Chandler Regional for all the work they’ve done keeping all their residents including my 95 yr old mother safe during this very difficult times, it’s been sad time not being able to see my mother but knowing she is in great hands is comfortingthey must be doing things right because so far no cases and no complains from my mother AND she seems in good spirits through this difficult time. The staff there are greatAnna Lissa the activity director and most versatile person there is a "god sent gift", Dave the maintenance director I’m sure is one of the busiest at this time making sure everything sanitized and doing a great job. To the nurses a big Thank You and to the rest of the staff. Yes! HERO’S!!!

For anyone looking for a place for their relatives, I definitely recommend Brookdale Chandler Regional! It's located in a great place right next to hospital and the highway. The care staff does their best to provide the best care for all their residents and makes sure to that everyone is living comfortably! The community is always clean and it looks amazing after their renovations. If anyone has any problems or concerns, the executive team is quick to find a solution and solve the problem. The community has their own personal chef that makes every dish an great experience. Overall, Brookdale Chandler Regional is definitively an amazing place for you to move your loved ones into!

The staff is very compassionate and extremely dedicated to meet all the needs of each resident. They call all residents and family by their first names and truly care about the residents. The Executive Director Justin and his management staff all go above and beyond with such patience and concern for the residents. The dinning room and meals are really outstanding Chef Brandon and his staff prepares five special entr©es for Lunch and dinner each day in addition to decadent desserts. The activities Director is outstanding she plans numerous activities for each day including classes, games, special lectures, concerts on site, field trips to interesting places and events, parties, and movies in the theater. There are plenty of Town Hall meeting opportunities for residents to provide feedback to the administrative staff and the chef. They are always responsive to each resident’s individual needs. I highly recommend living at Brookdale Chandler Regional for those transitioning into their elder years or need assisted living.

I would recommend this location to any of my clients or loved ones. I have came to this location and had a tour. It was an amazing experience. The staff were kind, patient and understanding. The space is nice and open. I love the variety of activities. I love the layout. It's a great space and location.
