Didn't even want to leave my loved one here longer than a week. In the 5 days they were there, no bath, no assistance with shaving, dentures etc. The caregiver messed up the catheter bag and caused problems. This is memory care...do a better.

The management, supervisory staff and employees who engage with residents for meals, activities and daily care are excellent. Sandy, the nurse is tuned into each residents plan of care and makes adjustments as needed. Communications among staff are great. Communications to family are excellent as well.

In Feb of 2024 we found we were needing a memory care unit for my brother. We heard about Mosaic Gardens thru a family member. We toured the facility and was very impressed with the facility and the personnel with whom we talked with. Emma Martinez handled all the arrangements over the phone.I went and flew with my brother to the Phoenix airport and we then went straight to Mosaic Gardens. The staff new we were coming and wow were they ready for us. There was a group of residents and staff waiting at the front door. We were received like we were long lost family. The room was ready along with the TV, we had sent eariler, was installed. Since that day we have been there numerous times and all the staff have been very courteous and helpful. This experience has been an eye awakening for my wife and myself along with my brother. We are totally overwhelmed and pleased with Mosaic Garden at Chandler. We especially would like to thank Emma, Wendy, Debi, Sandy, Stacha , Traci, Amanda, Karen, Cheri and Terry for their help and concern for our brother.

The Staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The y have a terrific network of people that they work with to help take the burden of appointment making, and taking too, off those of us with a loved in an assisted living facility. The Mosaic is absolutely the cleanest place I have toured. Very well organized and managed.

I have family in Mosaic Gardens the staff gives the residents very good care. If someone has a problem with something I don't see it my family member is doing just fine and loves the facility.

My wife of 46 years has Alzheimer's . I looked at a lot of places for memory care . This was the best choice I thought and prayed . And I was right . The whole staff has been great . I go everyday , they allow visitors 24 hours a day . I have been there during the day and into the night and have met and seen all of the staff . I have seen how they treat the residents and how they work , how they clean , how they feed them and what they feed them . I am so happy with my decision. I believe my beautiful wife will someday know I loved her so much to have her in a caring place as Mosaic Gardens Chandler .

Our mother was at Avenir and received wonderful care. We looked and compared Avenir to several other communities and felt the high quality services they provide in a warn, safe, attentive and caring environment was just what we were hoping for Mom and we weren't disappointed. My wife of 70 years is in her fourth month as a guest of this care facility. During this period, she has become involved in all of the activity that is provided there. This includes creativity in art and music to challenge her from the darker days before her arrival there. The attendants and providers are charmed by her response to their efforts. I truly believe that the time she has spent there, has enhanced her personality from the grim days she was troubled with terrible thoughts and behavior. There is no doubt in my mind that leadership and devotion to duty at the Avenir have provided her a happier life.

From our first visit to check the place out (and of course have lunch), through day program activities for respite, and our past 15 months of residency we have been very pleased with Chandler Memory Care's service. Our loved one expanded her family to the memory care staff. It is obvious they truly know her personally when we call with concerns or to request an update. We are welcome to come and go and spend time at the residence, joining with activites and having a meal. Mare and her staff provide a wonderful array of activities and events...for residents and family. We toured numerous facilities, but this one was far and above all the others.
