Cypress Point – Reviews
July 2022
My wife and I just moved here and we absolutely love it. The property is quiet and we are right across from the pool. The hot tub has been wonderful for my wife as she works with Littles all day. I work from home and have no real noise issues. The only noise really is when landscaping is here. The apartments are the right size as we have 2 bd 2 ba unit. All one level, assigned parking and for those who are truly retired there is always something going on. We've had maintenance come by for some minor issues. The entire staff has been great.

My husband and I have lived at Cypress Point for almost three years. We have made good friends in his safe environment. We have so many activities we can choose from. When something needs fixing, we have Gary and Calvin who are so responsive and capable. Tammy and Rylene are our office support staff and always there for whatever the need may be.

We have lived here for two years and it really is great value for the money. What makes the difference are the people. Tammy, Raileen, Gary and Calvin really work together to get things done.

We have a family member who resides here and we have no complaints. A local shuttle helps get to and from and there is an on-site hair salon. Units are tidy.

This is my husbands profile picture. I actually am the one who wanted to give this place a rating. Most of the people that live here are really nice. Some tenants are big babies at playing cards. My sister is handicapped and so she is able to live in this senior apartment complex. I got on here with the intentions of giving a one star rating after the way my sister and I were treated yesterday. I was taking my sister home from spending fourth of July with us. There was this large, heavy cage that we use for her dog when we are sleeping or away from home so she cant get into trouble like an unattended toddler. Anyways, I am 24 weeks pregnant and could not lift the darn thing out of my van and my husband was out working, trying to make our rent money. So I asked the management if they could page one of the maintenance men to help me get it into the house. They told me no. They didnt know anyone that could help and said their guy was too busy. Their guy Gary, came driving up in the golf cart just a few min after I got back in the car feeling helpless. I hopped out and asked him if he could help and he did with a smile! It took him a whole 5 min! Why management wouldnt help a pregnant woman and a handicapped women is beyond me. I felt betrayed and angry for half the day. I dont understand. Gary is a very helpful, kind hearted maintenance man. I would drop what I was doing any day to help out a less able bodied person. Im giving this place a 4 star because their convenience of the shuttle, their clubhouse activities and events, and their maintenance. People here have options and can keep busy while living off of housing and welfare. Comparable places dont accept housing. Their apartments are well kept, and they still accept pets which many people living on their own need for companionship. I only wish the management would have been willing to help. I would have given 5 stars.
