it's a nice enough place. my mother lives here. unfortunately the maintenance is a little lacking. I mean they've replaced all kinds of things in her apartment after she or get it after she moved in. the fence is falling down in the back because it's rotten and it's propped up. drainage really sucks. one of those back units I had to fill her little patio area in because it was just weeds and mud. then of course the creek that runs between that property and the property behind it. that hasn't HOA. apparently they think they on the damn ditch. she's got cottonwoods back there and willow trees and they make such a mess of her patio and she's asked them to trim them back and of course they have them. I hired a gentleman to actually go in and remove the trees. unfortunately he wasn't properly equipped to do it. so then I had another gentleman give me a bid to do it and had him check and know the HOA doesn't own the ditch and neither does this property. so legally he could go in there and clean it out and nobody can say anything about it despite the woman behind it who is so upset and called her HOA and had her HOA call over to the manager over here and start all this Brew haha. over nothing other than some trees that overhang my mother's property. no, I did not have them removed but I should. and as far as the lady who lives in HOA behind there, you know I was going to buy her three nice River Birch $90 River Birch that put on 20 ft a year to plant in her own backyard. I understand she doesn't look at that building, but you know you chose that particular building to buy. you didn't have to. you knew what you were getting, but you don't have to deal with all that mess that that tree makes because you're far enough away from it. unfortunately it's right up against her fence and it makes her patio almost unlivable that Karen even though I was going to play nice and give her some River Birch and everything. she's getting nothing now and as far as the manager of this property sticking her nose into something that really has nothing to do with her. yeah, I'm not real fond of that Karen either

Interested in renting but the number listed has been going to voicemail for a week. Left a voicemail and there’s been no return call.

I lived there for 2 years and I loved it. If I was single I would’ve stayed there. It was definitely worth the money.
