Lived here for almost a year. Maintenance always fixes in timely manner, emergency first. Staff change but always polite do job well. Nice neighbors. Beautiful little town . Lot of beautiful walking to parks ,store , eat out. Pest control issue solved all apartments and property is sprayed once a month. I have had a little plumbing issue like with clogged sinks and they were fixed right away I have not had any other issue with plumbing. I've had light bulbs blow that needed to be replaced it did get done right away. Maintenance issues recently inspected and all lists are being handled. Management here changed about three or four months ago things have gotten better and improved and things wrong here in the building do seem to get fixed a little faster and a little better. Photo lake next to apt complex: Update ; I have lived here now for about 4 years. We do have bug issues on and off. Update on that is every apartment and all areas in the complex are bug sprayed once a month. We have new management all public furniture has been changed and is brand new. The entire complex is being painted on the inside. We had very few washers and dryers working for over a year and most of the washers work not all the dryers it is getting better. This complex is a federal HUD assistance building. Your rental rate is set by your income. The amount you pay for utilities is also set by your income. We are privately owned and are a part of the HUD program. Overall I like living here I like being close to the park. We have a huge public area where we can all hang out. We have an outside area smoke deck. A living room and to community rooms. We do have activities planned by our social coordinator.

There's nothing here they don't check on people make sure anyone is alive they don't check to see if anyone needs help or if anyone is taking their medication they are not friendly all this place is for someone to waste away this is one of worst places in the United States of America don't even think about coming to Arkansas

It could use some updates for sure. Some of the residents are not very hygienic. The found floor there's a mattress and box springs left in the hallway. I'm assuming to be thrown away that really stunk and on the floor that my family member lives on. He has a neighbor who so obviously has cats that the spell of ammonia knocks you over in the hallway. I can't imagine how bad it is inside ” they really should send someone to help whoever that is that has those cats because that's not healthy. Someone please find them a litter robots on Facebook for like $50 and teach them how to use it. Cuz that's going to cause my relative who has breathing problems. Some serious problems in the future

I like living here. Management and residence are all nice and friendly. Many activities to keep us busy. Always friends in lobby and activity room to talk to or work puzzles or just watch tv. Sometimes grumpy people talk the loudest. Come check us out.

In response to the previous review, I believe this person is confusing the Manager, Jackie, with the assistant manager, Danielle. Jackie is more professional, while Danielle shows her stress more. Neither of them use to seem as stressed as they do now. Management is always so very busy. I don't understand why corporate hasn't hired another leasing agent. That is the single best investment they could make in improving the functionality of this property and the relationship between management and residents. It would also help corporate reestablish their seemingly distant relationship with the residents. I see some positive changes around the property, but no one is going to want to live or work here if it keeps coming across that corporate doesn't care.

I want to counteract the last review in regards to Jackie. My mom lives there and when we first met Jackie she was very professional and friendly. The day my mom moved in which was last year Jackie assisted us with the paperwork and the moving process. Since my mom has been there when I come in to pay her rent every month she is professional, friendly, and always ask how my mom is doing and how is her apartment. I'm unsure what experience they've had but my mom and I are very pleased with her and the staff at Audubon.
