Your facility at Lakewood off carpenter dam road in hot springs arkansas will be SUED due to incompetent employees who only care for themselves and not the residents of whom most have no family to visit and make sure their family member is being treated like a human being and not a wild animal. Your staff allowed my mamaw to live in filth as well as allowed her to die and only allowed visits again because your staff KNEW she was about to pass away. You will be getting a TERRIBLE REVIEW and people WILL KNOW ABOUT YOUR FACILITY AND EMPLOYEES INCOMPETENT SERVICE. THANK YOU
