I moved my 90 year old mother from an Assisted Living Facility in LIttle Rock to Garrett Woods. This is the best facility by far. I made appoints with all the facilities in Hot Springs. There was always something not quite right at all five EXCEPT Garrett Woods. They are so wonderful there was a waiting list. I immediately put my mom on the list. It took maybe six weeks but she is settled. She loves it, is happy, attends activities, goes to every meal. I know for sure she gets a shower three times a week. The aide is very attentive. She notices everything. Mom had a red place on her foot. She immediately talked with a nurse. Now she is scheduled to see a podiatrist that comes to her and will even make her shoes that fit. Yes you can say I am beyond happy with Garrett Woods. All the staff is pleasant and it is sooooo clean. Her room sparkles and so does my mom!

I have been a friend and caregiver for an elderly couple living in Garrett Woods for about five years. I helped them choose Garrett Woods because it was the best assisted living facility in the Hot Spring, Arkansas, area. I have been extremely pleased with the loving care this couple receives from the staff there. Facilities, activities, transportation, food, and cleanliness are excellent. It is a beautiful place in a peaceful setting, and the cost is very reasonable.

Garrett Woods has taken very good care of my mother. She loves living there, loves the staff and activities. Everyone has gone beyond the call of duty in her care and assistance. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for her. It has been such a relief to know she has caring people with her 24/7. Their first concern is for their resident's well being. Will recommend Garrett Woods for a long time to come.

Garrett Woods Senior Living Facility is a wonderful, affordable choice for Assisted Living and Independent Living in Hot Springs. I am sorry to hear that Ms. Ferguson feels the way she does. As Director, I am proud of the physical and functional updates that we have done over the past 4 months. I would be happy to meet with anyone with these concerns and address any issues.
