I am not a resident nor do I have a family member here but I can tell you these people care for others deeply. I was stranded by weather, all roads to my house closed, and they welcomed me after I had waited 4 hours in my car for the road to open ( which never did while I was there). Natasha and Mrs Wallensburg gave me a couch to sleep on and even brought me breakfast this morning. They were very vigilant of their wards (including me), kept the doors secure and never asked for payment. Finally I got home by another route) I really don’t know how well I would have done without them. They have my highest praise.

There are not enough words to describe the amount of care, love, and kindness your loved one will receive at this remarkable facility. The administrative staff go above and beyond to make the transition for you and your loved one as worry free and easy as possible. The nurses and caregivers listen, and implement individualized care and specific needs for each resident all the while being so so sweet. There are organized, fun and countless activities led by the sweetest people. My Mom loves living there and it brings me so much joy and peace ❤️

My thrive experience. I’m a sitter for one of the residents at thrive.Every morning when I walk in I can feel the warmth and love.The care attendants are very kind and truly love their residents.The facility is very clean and the food is always delicious.I strongly recommend thrive senior living for your loved ones

I have lived here from day one! Living here I dont have a care in the world. They do my laundry, cleaning and have the best food. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They are like family! There is always something fun to do and I have the best friends here. I can come and go as I please and when I need help going to the doctor, they take me.

I have worked in nursing homes and assisted living facilities for the past 12 years. I have seen many different guests in many different homes. When I walk in at Thrive I see the guests interacting with each other sitting outside on the benches, walking on the sidewalks in front of the building, eating together, in activities and devotions together. And I rarely see someone that isnt smiling and welcoming me into their home and community. All of the guests that speak about the food always brag on it and talk about how good it is. The facility is beautiful. The care specialists, nurses, housekeeping, dietary and even maintenance are always so willing to help the guests and their friends and family that come to visit. I have to say that every place has room for improvement but it is not evident even while here on a day to day basis. I very much enjoy being part of the team at Thrive. The guests make me happy to be here and it would be hard for them to do that if they werent happy being here.

I visit Thrive every week through the ministry of my church. The facility is so beautiful and always immaculate. The staff is loving, caring and very professional. The residents are extremely well cared for. I would not hesitate in a minute to put my loved one into this home.

My father-in-law was at Thrive for around four months until he was transferred to a hospice facility where he died on May 19th. I was at Thrive a lot visiting with him and talking to his care staff. Thrive was his home away from home and the staff took good care of him and loved on him. Whenever I saw my father-in-law, the first thing he would talk about is how nice the people were that took care of him and how much he liked being at Thrive. I am so glad and grateful that my father-in-law got to stay at an assisted living facility that truly cared about the residents and their families. Thrive is a wonderful place that makes Huntsville, Alabama a better place to live because of the loving care that can be found for an aging family member when staying at an assisted living facility is required. Thrive is the only place that I would consider for family or myself.

My mom has had excellent care in the memory care unit at Thrive. We visit numerous times per week and I am so impressed with the love and patience the staff shows to all of the residents. The facility is beautiful and kept very clean. The staff has gone above and beyond in taking care of my mom and I am so grateful she has such a nice, friendly place to be in this season of her life.

My mom has been here since September 2018. She was in assisted living to begin with but since February has moved to Memory care. The facility is very nice inside. My mom was happier in AL. Staff in AL were more engaging. In Memory Care I see too many people on their phones. Moms room is nice and the Memory Care is large enough with 2 different common areas and when the weather is nice the residents have free access to the courtyard which is nice. The last place my mom was at they had to be let outside by staff. Mom seems contented enough that I wouldnt move her.

I would recommend Thrive at Jones Farm to anyone looking for an assisted living facility. I have toured the facility and met with several staff members and have found them to be very personable and friendly. During my tour the director stopped to assist a resident.

Thrive is a wonderful facility, no its not perfect but what is. The president and her team do their very best to make every resident, family member, and team member feel appreciated and cared for each and every day. Thrive is a great place to work and its definitely where Id want my loved one to be if and when the time comes!

I have never worked for a company like Thrive. I feel so blessed to work for a place who not only values their residents but also their employees. Id like to take just a second and write about Thrive at Jones Farm. First I have over 10 years of experience as a nurse and family practitioner with a primary focus in geriatrics. I currently work with our physician to see our patients that reside in many facilities around our community. I have a passion for what I do and look to facilities to have the same mind set when providing care for my patients. Thrive has an ample staff that truly care for what they do. I am always greeted with a smile each time I go, and the caregivers, nurses want to be involved in the decisions that effect their residents. No assisted living or memory care is without problems, but Thrive truly tries to have a patient focused approach with safety and care at the forefront. My mom has been a resident at Thrive in the Woodlands for going on 2 years. She was a resident at another memory care place in Huntsville before we moved her to Thrive when it opened. Comparably speaking, the care that she receives at Thrive is far greater than where she lived before. They communicate better with us, they find ways to accomplish daily task with my mom like grooming, bathing, etc. whereas before, she never was bathed and we never really knew what was going on with her. Is Thrive perfect, no, because there is no perfect place, but the care specialists genuinely love, care for, and respect my mom and the other residents that live there. I have witnessed this because I am there every week!

First of all I must say I love working with all staff and management. I think that we make a great team and how we care and love our residents. They always get their daily activities which they enjoy. This place I must say is so full of love and caringness that people would love to live in.

I absolutely LOVE Thrive!! I love my job and I miss my residents when I am not there. Managements doors are always open for concerns or needs of residents and staff. The care specialists I work with are wonderful and so good with the residents. The activities team keeps the residents busy and active, they are amazing!! I would recommend Thrive to everyone. Im so blessed they chose me to help take care of our precious residents
