The entire staff at Right at Home became like family to us. They allowed my parents to stay together in their home during a very challenging time by providing a variety of daily services. No matter what they were facing, Right at Home always supported them The last thing I heard whenever I called for help was “call us if you need us.” They supported my parents at every turn. i fully recommend them and trusted the guidance they gave us.

I have heard great things about Right at Home services. I can't speak to the quality of care the providers give but I can speak on other first hand experience. I know one of the owners and have served at my church with him for years. He is a man of integrity. I can also say that my father was to start receiving care with sitters from Right At Home. He died the week we were to start receiving our first help. So unfortunately I can't review the caregivers. But, I will say the people from RightAtHome we spoke with were extremely helpful. They took their time explaining the options we had for my father. My mother was very comfortable and happy with the care they were about to receive in Albertville, AL. If you live in the Marshall county area I recommend giving this company an opportunity because from the experience we had it was first class.

We needed elderly companion care on very short notice and Right At Home was able to come through with an excellent team. They were all courteous and very attentive to needs. They provided the kind of care that I would hope for if it was me in need of help. The webpage calendar was also very helpful in keeping up with who was scheduled.

The daily helper has quickly become a friend of my mother and they enjoy each others company. The nurse has been very good at helping mom with her shots, glucose checks, and medication organization. They report weekly the glucose results directly to the family and the doctor to assist with getting the glucose under better control. I highly recommend Right at Home as a caregiver organization and if we need anything like this in the future we will definitely use them again!

Right at Home also does a great job of matching caregivers to clients and accommodating the unique care needs of the seniors they serve. Right at Home has provided care for my mother for a couple of years and has always worked hard to ensure that someone is scheduled to be with her, working very hard to find a replacement if someone should become unavailable. Theyve accommodated changes and try to make both she and I happy customers. Mom has become close to some of the caregivers and theyve been very kind to her. She doesnt need or want professional nurses and is happy with gentle people that address her needs and desires, so they work out well. I appreciate them letting me know when something is amiss, or if they think it MIGHT be since Im not immediately present at all times. Ive become more relaxed with these caregivers looking after mom, and know shes all right.

Right at home did so great for my family and grandmother. It was such a tough time and didnt want to give up care to a 3rd party company but the level of care she needed simply wasnt possible as a family and we needed help. Right at home team members became like family by the time my grandmother died and we were so lucky to have them there. This was a great organization to work with while my elderly parents needed a sitter companion. Right At Home came recommended by a local geriatric care manager and were wonderful to work with during some stressful times. Very caring and professional staff and sitters. The company was diligent not only providing a sitter on short notice on several occasions but also worked to match sitter personalities with what my parents wanted. Very happy with this service.
