Visiting angels did an excellent job with my Moms dad! He injured his hip and had trouble getting around after his wife past with cancer. Kelly and Rebeka would always do their best to make him comfortable and make sure his needs are met. As well as they did an excellent job helping keep his home straightened up! Visiting Angels came and assisted my parents on 2 or 3 occasions.They live at home and have regular assistance, but in some cases we needed a substitute for their care and Jeremy and his staff came through on short notice and did a great job of filling their needs. I certainly feel comfortable recommending his crew for anyones in--home care.

I cannot express how pleased I am with Visiting Angels and the people the have provided. Every bath aide weve had has been excellent and today we had June who above and beyond exceptional. Jennifer, who I speak with frequently, is always striving to make sure everything works smoothly and really tries, and succeeds, to match the care giver with the family. Any time a situation has risen she has been more than helpful to get it resolved quickly. Weve used a number of services before Visiting Angels, and I wish we had tried them earlier, as no one has come close to providing the level of service and care that they do. They are flexible enough to fit any needs and I know I can count on them when the time comes for more intensive care. I cannot stress how happy we are with Visiting Angels! They genuinely care about our family as a whole! I cant imagine using anyone else now!

Visiting Angels has been a welcomed relief providing care for my parents. They have been able to cover times when a crisis has arisen and we needed someone to provide care for my mom and dad as well provide well skilled staff on a regular basis. Jennifer has gone above and beyond to make sure the times we needed caregivers were covered as well as insuring that everyone from my parents to the caregivers were happy.

From the reassuring answers I received on my initial phone call when I inquired about respite care for my parents, through the home visit and subsequent hiring of the PERFECT person, my experience with Visiting Angels-Huntsville has been great. The peace of mind I have knowing that a very capable person is there to assist my parents with simple chores and errands when I cant be there is wonderful.

My father was diagnosed with Cortico-Basal Syndrome a couple years back. Over the past 18 months, Jeremy and his team of caretakers at Visiting Angels have been nothing short of lifesavers. I live out of state and having him and his team of caretakers has changed my Dads life and my experience to be able to provide a great quality of life for my Dad. They are my eyes, ears, and confidants. I implicitly trust them and have found them to be incredibly reliable, communicative, and flexible.

Ive met a lot of good people in this line of work!! Visiting Angels has been a godsend into my life the care givers are sweet friendly and down to earth!! Being an employee for them has been a great experience Jeremy is very easy to get along with and talk to and Jens bubbly personality just makes the days better for me!! During one of the hardest times of our lives we needed help with caring for my mother. She had a stroke and our family still needed to work, but she couldnt be left alone. Visiting Angels was perfect for our family. They were there when we needed them the most and I am forever grateful that they were there to care for Mom when we couldnt. I am using my daughters facebook page to write this review I have recently started using Visiting Angels on a part time basis to help care for my mother. I have a full time caregiver that helps me with my mother on a regular schedule. However, there are still times where life doesnt work as scheduled. They have been a life saver for me! Many of my requests have been on extremely short notice! Jennifer and Jeremy have both gone out of their way to help me on each occasion. Since we dont use VA daily, we have had several different angels over the last few weeks. I have been pleased with all the help provided.
