I would have to say the experience has not been that great since I've been here.I found myself isolated.It seems They cater more to assisted living care type individuals.So it's not very active. There has been issues with security and people entering our property during the evening hours. We have no security and often people from outside companies are able to enter our properties easily., Having a service dog Requires an extensive amount of care every time we enter the hallways that are carpeted, he sneezes and sneezes. We try to avoid the inside of the buildings as we're not sure what they're using to clean the carpets. There was several maintenance issues with my unit that took me an extensive amount of time to get the repairs finalized. In fact, after the eighth visit to my unit, I repaired the leak in my shower and then had them check it out. It has been fine since then. Put the fact that I had to do it because the staff that they had hired to do that job was not Capable. As far as fully trained, I've had comments from the office workers saying they would rather not get involved in things.They're just here to get their check.And cruise through the day , they are not interested in learning or doing anything to help. We are on our third manager since I've been here. I had high hopes that things would change, but I see they're not going to as initially. My incentive offer was not properly handled in the beginning. I've been working with multiple different work groups over a period of a year and a 1/2.n But since?

She clearly cares about her community, and it showed in every detail. It was a pleasure meeting the residents and sharing our freeze-dried candy with them. From the first time I went to Sage Mesa looking for an apartment I felt at home. I worked with Marsha and then both Marsha and Debbie. They supplied me with all the info I felt that I needed to make the decision to move into Sage Mesa. I’ve been here one month and feel so welcome and happy. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting most of the staff and they have all been so helpful. I’ve attended a few of the gatherings and have met so many nice people here. Recently, I contacted Sage Mesa and requested to take a tour of their retirement apartment complex within the next 2 hours. I spoke with Maraya and she scheduled me for a tour of Sage Mesa that day, per my requested time frame. Maraya was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional in her duties. She gave me a complete tour of the Sage Mesa retirement apartments, indoor and outdoor annemities and monthy scheduled activies schedule for the retirement residents. During the application process, Maraya was very patient and explained to me, in detail, the monthly rent procedures, utilities and miscellaneous other details of living at Sage Mesa. Her continuous friendly and professional demeanor and job knowledge is outstanding. Her professionalism has been very much appreciated while I was applying for residency and also after I moved here.

I wanted a clean, safe, and modern place, and after extensive research, I noticed many properties had common issues such as noise, maintenance delays, and poor management. After narrowing down my options, Sage Mesa stood out with its prompt responses, friendly staff, and efficient service. I highly recommend Sage Mesa for a stress-free rental experience. my brother and I went for a walk through of sage senior apartments, because he loves it here and wants to live here and I can tell you I was very impressed with the complex. Everyonene there was so nice and hospitable, and the apartments were so clean and comfortable the rooms itself came with washer and dryer, microwave, oven. And the place even has game rooms and beautiful swimming pool and garden.

Today, I want to give 5 stars to Justin. Without going into the details, he overheard a conversation I was having with another employee and within minutes he came out and offered a solution that worked like a charm. I must say, he is an asset to Sparrow and deserves to be applauded. Sometimes the little things go unnoticed, but I wanted to make sure that he understands that I am so appreciative of his service. I have not found this kind of genuine support with any office personnel since I've moved in. While I am here, I also want to acknowledge Cristina for her service. I am proud of her service to Sparrow. She works endlessly to keep the interiors sparkling and I always love when I exit my apartment home, and I smell the fresh, clean smell in the air. I know Cristina has been around and cleaning. Five stars go out to Cristina as well. This is a big place to keep clean and she does a great job! Thank you to Justin and Cristina for your service! They seem poorly constructed. Floors in main hallways very wavy. Unsealed tile and cracking grout. These are said to be under a year old. They also have no options as far as garbage or internet and tv. You get there stuff or none at all.
