I have lived at the meadows for 12 years. Just recently, when we lost water, Matthew maintenance guy swung into action and made sure we had all the water we needed. This is true of the rest of the staff. If we lose power or have any need, they are all right there. Best place ever.

People tend to only leave reviews when they have a negative experience when they are renting apartments but I just wanted to take a few moments to share the positive experience that I have had living here at The Meadows Of Auburn Hills for the past 14 years. Jill and Matthew are the best of the best maintenance staff There's been a few different Managers while I’ve lived here but it has been a real blessing to have had those two the whole time. They are no doubt like family to me. If you need to make a maintenance request make sure to utilize the portal where you can also pay your rent, they get them and stay on top of them as promptly as possible. Our manager Cari is seriously the right (best) person for the job I really enjoy that you can talk to her about anything. She has a good heart. I hope she stays manager for the rest of my time here. Our building sets on a large amount of land, we have deer, rabbits, ducks and a really large variety of beautiful birds, I love the hummingbirds and finches. Going for an evening walk on the property is refreshing to say the least. We have a lovely library and 6 laundry rooms, 2 rooms on each floor. We have plenty of weekly activities. Bingo, a variety of card games, bible study or just sitting around talking with other residents. My favorite is putting together jigsaw puzzles. Overall I would most definitely recommend The Meadow Of Auburn Hills to everyone. The short drive to downtown Auburn Hills and Rochester Hills. There's tons of events going on and Auburn Hills is expanding. Everyday is just great. It's a 5 minute drive to the Auburn Hills Recreation And Senior Center. Plus the parks and trails. There’s many restaurants near and they're open late with a cool crowd of good people and music. Thank you to The Meadow Of Auburn Hills Staff!

I love the staff! My neighbors seem nice @ least the ones I've had the pleasure of meeting. If anything goes wrong they immediately get on it. It's a clean, quiet building. They supply dog poop bags and a poop disposal station in the front of building and another in the back where there is a really big field to run ur dogs or if your cat likes running on leash. I L™VE IT HERE! I don't have to mow or shovel anymore! You can also opt for covered parking.

The management & staff are friendly. I deliver meals on wheels as a volunteer and have been into a few senior independent living facilities near me. This one is well-kept, clean, convenient with planned activities for gathering residents. There is plenty of space for those activities, along with a real community feel. The facility is safe, clean & well lit! I would feel comfortable calling it home!

My father lived at The Meadows of Auburn Hills for eight years we are truly grateful for the many great people who my father had the privilege of meeting during the time he lived there. We also appreciate the care and attention with which management kept the facility and grounds clean and safe for their residents.

I moved to The Meadows in December of 2018. Before I moved here though I came as a caregiver for a friend. Each morning that I entered the building there was music in the background, people gathered to enjoy coffee hour who always waved and said hello and Cari’s office was open and she greeted me as well. I was intrigued and had been struggling with the idea of moving so i began to inquire. The price was reasonable”, loved the atmosphere and people”, the building and landscape kept clean and manicured” and in I moved. I agree with Denise about having the best staff ever and we all really care about one another. The wildlife was mentioned. Fantastic! And now we have a couple of owls to listen to in the evening. I love that I can visit and join in or I can have a snuggle day instead. Another thing I would like to mention is Covid. Management took every possible precaution to keep us safe and germs kept to a minimum. They were constantly disinfecting and cleaning. Im content. Thank you!

Cari is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful assisting with any problems or concerns. The staff has been friendly and responsive, making living here a positive experience for my mom. The complex itself is clean and well maintained. As a plus, fun events for the residents are always being hosted. I have been here at the Meadows since the end of July, 2022 and I must say I am very pleased. Management and tenants can break or make a place. Everyone here is the best! It looks just like the video picture on Apartments.com.They have ice cream socials, they play bingo, cards, exercise classes and room. They have a nurse on staff who is knowledgeable and nice! They also offer bus services for a minimal fee to their tenants. It feels inviting, comfortable and welcoming! It is truly a great place.

My mother used to live at the meadows for seven years before going on to assisted-living she recently just passed. She talked about the Great times she had with residents and staff right up to the end. I want to give a special thanks to jill my mother felt so loved by you !!!

I have been at the Meadows for many years. I am the hairdresser and have enjoyed being there with the great staff. They are always trying to do their best to make the residents happy. They work hard to make sure its very clean and enjoyable for them that’s why I plan on staying to make them happy too!

I love my 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt. I live on the 1st floor facing north towards the wooded area with a pond adjacent to the woods. There are deer & other animals that walk by my apt which is nice. It is quiet where I live & my neighbors are great. The staff are kind, hard working, & truly care about all the residents. They go above & beyond especially during the COVID19 pandemic This is an outstanding facility for seniors to live!!!!!

I have lived here for 23 years.I have thought about buying a place over those years howeverThe staff have become my family seeing how I am alone.I love this place.They offer a lot of amenities that are included in your rent and they are always doing an upgrade On the facility. Love the Meadows! It is the most well kept community in the area, thanks to the maintenance and cleaning team that has been there for many many years! This was composed by my mother who is 96 and has resided at Meadows since the 1990’s. As one of her caregivers who lives in New York, I have found the staff to be incredibly supportive. In the 20 plus years I have lived at Meadows of Auburn Hills, I have found the staff to be considerate, warm and friendly, as well as extremely thoughtful. Jill, who has been here as long as I have, goes out of her way to assist me and countless others with her help. Cari and Matt are equally as helpful in any situation. It’s a great place to live. Lots of activities, a great library and multiple laundry rooms. It’s well kept, well managed and the maintenance staff is outstanding. I’ve been here for six years and have never had a problem that wasn’t taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend it to anyone looking for senior housing.
