Really sad about the No Pets May Visit Policy. My parents are newly moved in and my fianc© and I would like to visit from out-of-state for Christmas with our dog, but we cannot bring her unless she is "registered" to my parents. I worked at an independent and assistant living facility for years and wr never had a policy like this where "grand-pets" cannot visit. It was encouraged actually, as long as proof of vaccinations was provided of course. Pet therapy is so beneficial and family pets add so much love in any environment. I'm just really disappointed in this management's decision.

Attended an informative luncheon at Givens Gerber Park. The information was very helpful for making a decision. I liked what I heard and what I saw and the staff I met were very friendly. If you're considering a retirement rental apartment it is worth your time to attend the informative meeting. The facility was clean & very nice with lots of benefits. The luncheon gave you several choices and was prepared in front of you.

Attended Lunch and Learn on March 23rd 2023. Thank you Nicole, Blaine, and Ellen for your wonderful presentation, tour and Lunch. We had a great time and enjoyed the tour, lunch and information. We drove around the surrounding areas and saw how convenient it would be to live here. Everything you need is within a few blocks. Thank you Givens Communities for providing affordable living options for all levels of income. Thank you for your help information. There is genuine care for the residents and their needs.

Was investigating today for our home in south Asheville. Loved the landscaping, along with the beautiful views of the mountain tops to the west. Site was as very accessible, walked around all the buildings, saw the various garden spots, including raised beds, and the walking path to Publix. The planner was respecting our ability to navigate about with ease, no obstacles on the property.

Givens has a great office staff and maintenance dept. the only problem I find is they have a terrible IT dept.They never can fix your problems. Have a friend her phone hasn’t worked in going on 4 years now! No landline! Also terrible response time. May call and may not.

Great place to live so conveniently located you can get anywhere in minutes. Grocery stores, post office, shopping, doctors and hospitals. Staff is great, I've had a few personal problems since I moved in and they've accommodated me the best they could. Very happy with my choice to move here.

Beautiful place to live with spacious well-designed apartments. Abundant amenities including, but not limited to beauty salon, library, cafe, workout room & many activities to stay involved if you so desire. Management is very helpful and friendly and it’s location is the best aspect of all - Close to hospitals, supermarkets, retail stores. The wait list is filling up, so have your name added today!

I was visiting a client here. The apartments seem spacious and are laid out well. I especially liked that the Wi-Fi is included and they have a decent little cafeteria-style restaurant downstairs. I could definitely live here.
