I would personally like to thank Nurse Raven who works at Caring Heart! She went above and beyond her job! She caught very important information regarding my medication treatment. That was detrimental to my health!!!!. She was definitely a lifesaver for me. Because if she didn't catch the error. My Healing would have been delayed for sure and it wouldn't have been good for me! She deserves to be recognized for all her hard work and dedication to the detail of her job! It was a pleasure to work with her. She is a breath of fresh air! And I am might grateful for all the Help.Care, Patience and time that she puts into her work! You can tell that she enjoys Her job!! I hope she is recognize for The Great asset that she is to the Rehabilitation Caring Heart facility. Thank You again Raven and The Lord for placing you in the right place and at the right time! The front of Caring Heart Resiidence facility is clean, peaceful, and gives a secured environment for any relative from age 50 and over regardless of disability, the staff are caring, committed, and attentive to a residence specific prognosis or rehabilitation therapy. Caring Hearts spacious grounds have a lovely porched front - outside area with planted trees and flowers, a lovely idea to remind us of simpler times, a beautiful Chapel on 1st floor that residence has 24/7 access to, a day room with television access, scheduled medication and meals,. I know any adult wwho places a love one at Caring Heart woud be proud to know they learn to ldentify/adapt or be reassured that their relative is safe. From the staff outside directing you to entrance, the receptionist, guards, medical assistants, and other professionals everybody was pleasant, on point, and made me feel at ease for my friend.KimS

The staff the doctors were amazing the staff make sure the rooms were cleaned at all times, the nurses were amazing, the meals were good, too . Everything was done professionally all my problems were solved there was always someone to talk to if I was having problems overall everything went over well!

Well when I went in the building the first thing I smelled was food and as I went down the hall to go for my visit I smelled like bleach or Cleaning supplies and that's great because you know they are cleaning the place plus they. Gave my love one a room to herself as she requested

I found it to be a good experience. My brother is well taken care for. The new housekeeping person Eric did a fantastic job in cleaning the unit. It was a fresh clean smell and the odor of urine was not there. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The person at the front desk as you enter was nice cooperative and perfessional. Caring hearts rate a 5 star from me.
