Don't put your loved one in this place!! Go to YELP for honest reviews. Their "skilled medical staff" ignores the call lights, sometimes our loved one would wait 30 minutes just to get help to the bathroom, the Food is awful. I wouldn't feed it to my dog. The aides are rude and uncaring. This place does not deserve more than one star. It's just a business. They don't give a hoot about the residents. Shame on this place. The care is absolutely awful. Look elsewhere. Looks can be deceiving. Run! RUN FAST, FROM PRAIRIE ESTATES! KEEP RUNNING .....

My dad was here after surgery, I think the main problem is they didn't have enough nurses for the amount of people they had, in the 2 weeks he was there they only showered him once and I had to pick up trash and used bandages off the floor cause they didn't clean, also in the 2 weeks they never updated in the system that he was th

The place was clean, they cared for him. The nurses were friendly. The administrative staff seemed to be on top of it. The doctors came the therapist came rooms could've used. Somebody vacuuming them a little bit more but otherwise, even the place smelled good. So we are thankful for such a great place and I've been to lotta couples and homes visiting people over the years, and this was by far the cleanest and best smelling, and the most proficient.

Beautiful facilities upon arrival. This was Carolyn's first rehad in a facility. Nurses were very attentive. She relaxed on her second day as Case Worker made her feel welcome and they were there to help her get well. Awesome food for the meals with fantastic selections. Just a wonderful place.

I love all my Mom's caregivers at Prairie Estates! Not only do they love and care for her; they also love and care for my family and I. God is honored by their love. Moreover, I really enjoy the friends I've made with other patients, residents and their families; they've even started to stop by Mom's room for visits. It's so wonderful.
