There were a few bumps in the beginning, but we would rate Atlas a 5. All in all, mom was taken care of well in her 7 weeks there and had a good rehab experience. The facility was clean, her nurse DJ was excellent and the aides were all terrific.

Alas has been so good to me after my stroke almost a year & half ago. They’re so compassionate, professional, considerate, kind and help me through such rough time.. I wasn’t happy to go there but their OT & PT were the best! The therapy department was excellent! They knew what I can do and even though I didn’t believe it helped me to see my potential. I’m doing everything for myself including driving! They were one of my first stops! I had to be bathed, learn to walk again, feed, dress, bath, wash my hair, & go to the bathroom by myself. They were definitely a God send. I’ve since had to say goodbye to the best husband in the world. He came to see me everyday and was supportive throughout my time there. My sister Dill brought me my food because of my being plant based & they helped wherever they could. I love you all & pray everyday for Atlas staff & patients. See ya soon! Julia

When u have to send your elderly parent to a facility, be it temporary or full time you want to know they are going to be taken care of right. I sent my mother to Atlas in sewell nj after a month long hospital stay . I must say that I was impressed. The nurses and most of the staff made sure she was doing well. From the staff leaders all the way down to the cleaning personnel they were great. Of corse you always have a few bad apples but anytime I called them to make a complaint or report any issues my mother had,they were taken care of right away. They have all kinds of activities like ice cream days,arts and crafts,card playing,entertainment from outside singers. A little concert which I stayed and enjoyed with my mom. I would definitely recommend Atlas rehab to anyone who is looking for gd care facility for a loved one. The food is gd, the nurses are great and most of the staff are gd as well. They called after she got home to see how she was doing. They really do care about the ppl they are entrusted with.

My mother was in room 151 and she's been in there for a month... We met a woman named Carla at the front desk.... She was extremely accommodating and friendly.... I had a terrific experience visiting my mother. We also had a nurse named gabby.... She was absolutely heartwarming towards my mother. Great people!!!

My uncle was a resident at this facility for a few weeks until his cancer progressed. During that time, our family had an exceptional experience with the staff. The nursing team was phenomenal, especially the morning staff. The Nurse Manager, Steve, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, and genuinely invested in the well-being of his patients. It was clear that he was there because he truly cared, not simply because it was his job. The other nurses were wonderful as well. The nurse at the first medication cart when you walk in was especially memorable. She was always cheerful, funny, and brought such positive energy to the unit. We often said we wished she had been our uncle’s primary nurse because of how much joy she brought to those around her. My uncle stayed in the center hallway area, and we were fortunate to have a private room. The facility was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. For a rehabilitation center, the food was surprisingly good, and my uncle genuinely enjoyed his meals. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking rehabilitation services for themselves or a loved one, as well as families navigating end-of-life care. The staff and administration treated us with kindness, dignity, and respect throughout our entire experience. What stood out most was the compassion shown during my uncle’s final moments. Steve was there for our family when we needed support the most. He helped us contact the funeral home and repeatedly assured us that if we needed anything, we only had to ask. His willingness to go above and beyond for both his patients and their families is something we will never forget. My uncle loved to joke and laugh, and Steve’s sense of humor was a perfect fit for him. He helped bring smiles during an incredibly difficult time. More facilities need leaders like him. He truly made this experience better for our family, and we are grateful for the care, compassion, and support we received.

My mother is currently staying there for wound care. I can say she has reported to me the staff has been taking good care of her. They do allot of activities to keep patients as happy as possible. The only thing that she and I think is a bit of a joke is the in room tv are at best 14inch big. You cant even see the screen and very limited channel's and for patients stock in a room all day thats a spot to improve on for sure. So far all things considered its been just fine.

I was grateful to have such dependable staff during such a difficult time for my father. He was in and out of Atlas since early January due to his extensive and fragile medical conditions. There was always someone available to take my call or address my concerns. The place is incredibly clean and beautiful. My father was grateful for his treatment from staff. The team there worked with us to best prepare him for his return home. The only dislike is most of the food was not great, but in Atlas’ defense, my dad has a very restricted diet. I would definitely allow him to return there should he need services in the future, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone in need of rehabilitation services.

This was my wife's third rehab. Atlas provided excellent rehabilitation services. The therapists providing the therapy were very professional and provided me with viable information to care for my wife. After two approved appeals for expended care she was discharged much stronger and mentally alert. The facility was very clean and accommodating. Most of the staff expressed compassion for my wife's condition. Bottom line, my wife returned home in much better condition than I expected.

I was a patient at the Atlas rehab in Sewell from January through the middle of March 2026, and had a generally positive experience there. The facility was clean and well kept, and the food was good. The nursing and aide staff were generally very good. In particular, an aide named Caneisha consistently took excellent care of me, and she, along with a nurse named Danya (sp??) were of great help in dealing with a wound that I had while I was there.,Additionally, a nurse named Shamelle (??) and aides named Karim and Jill were very helpful as well! With regard to the therapy program, a physical therapist named Sandy was outstanding and really understood what I needed to work on to improve, and occupational therapists Tanya and Celia also were instrumental in helping me to stay motivated and strong while working on things that were relevant to my daily living. Additionally, physical therapists Rachel and Rizzy and occupational therapists Jill and Kayla were great to work with as well! Overall, I had a very positive experience at the Atlas rehab facility in Washington Township!! Thank you all for taking such good care of me!!

Being at Atlas was an amazing experience. The staff was absolutely the best you could ever get. Everyone was so helpful and very professional!!! Therapy was always a great experience and very helpful in my healing. It is hard to be away from your home and your family but this sure made it easier. My father was in the rehab part after he had lower back surgery. they took really good care and they always gave me updates on how his progress was every time I visit him. They even let me watch one time when he was in the physical therapy room to see what they were doing with him. All the staff was very professional and there was always somebody there making sure it was clean. I can honestly tell you if I ever had to go into rehab I'd go there.

I would highly recommend Atlas of Washington Township. My mother was there for three months. The food was good and the care and therapists were amazing. I never had one complaint when she needed someone they were in her room immediately always with a smile on their face Avery is the director of this facility. Anything I ever needed any question I needed answered. He was right there for us even at home he answered my phone calls. I don't trust anyone with my mother, but Atlas rehab made it very pleasurable.

My mother has been there for about 5 weeks, she has a sensitive stomach, she has spoken to Dietary department, staff members as well as the CEO she doesn’t like wasting food or money. Unfortunately this is very sad that nothing has been done so she throws out most of her tray. Can’t someone do something about this, we all know that our bodies don’t heal properly without proper nutrition maybe something can be done with dietary. The rest of the Nursing Center is great! The staff is wonderful!! Physical therapy is the best!! Along with rest and proper nutrition these patients will do wonderful during their recovery.

Everyone is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Both my parents were being cared for so you can imagine my worry. I asked my mom how she was treated and she said wonderfully- which made me rest a bit easier since I live an hour and a half away. The GM is on site daily and making sure everything is running smoothly and above average.

Good afternoon I was in atlas facility for almost a month at first I was so Nervous and not feeling well at all.The first night was a great night.I was placed in A room. Where with someone that needed to have her own room. The staff Immediately place me in another room. The very next morning and was very apologetic to what I had experienced that evening the next day, the woman I shared my room with was very pleasant. The therapy team came in to introduce themselves Into my experience, it was amazing and wonderful. The director whose name is Avery, came by 2 speak to me. He was concerned about how I was being treated if I needed anything, he said to me. If you need anything, please let me know which I did. I complained about the food. He said, let me work on it. And he understood his mannerism was an a plus the nursing staff was great. When I tell you, they were attentive to my every need, I am a shower person, I didn't know in a nursing home, you have days that you are assigned to take showers. Or I am a shower Queen.I take one in the morning at night.And sometimes , mid afternoon , they all accommodated me and every person That came into my room was pleasant from the maintenance staff to the coordinators. In the facility I would recommend this in Washington, township and a plus however, I must say again, the food is not the best. But I understand that they are working on it once again.I would like to thank the entire staff for my treatment.It was An amazing experience for someone who has never had rehab before.Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.
