Our family is so grateful for the wonderful care and compassion the staff at Juniper Village at Washington Square has shown our grandmother. Finding the right facility especially for memory care is never easy but this facility has been a blessing to our family. Nancy, Sherwanda and all the staff go above and beyond to make residents feel at home, and it truly shows in the way they interact with everyone. Thank you for all that you do- We highly recommend!

Ed Sbaraglia Choosing an assisted living community is one of the hardest decision we had to make. We found out very quickly Juniper Village Assisted Living was the right choice. What makes this place special,we are able to stay together. My wife is living with dementia and requires special needs ,the staff cares for my wife with patience and understanding and built a bond with my wife and made her care even more special, I live here and I see it. The facility is spotless and well cared for. There's a full service restaurant, full time physical therapy team, activities and entertainment through out the week. I know I made the right choice with Juniper Village Assisted Living At Washington Square

Juniper Village at Washington Square is hands down the best assisted living memory care that I have ever encountered. We moved my mom into their Wellspring memory care 18 months ago , where she has received exceptional care. Her life is enriched daily with activities like crafts, quizzo, field trips, live entertainment, hands on activities, chair zumba and positive interactions with the staff and residents. I have been there in person actually seeing her doing these activities and when I’m not there the staff have actually sent me pictures and/or videos of her participating which is awesome! She is safe, happy, active and enjoying herself which is so important to me and my family. My mom and I love taking walks around the beautiful, clean, very lovely landscaped and decorated areas! And saying hello to everyone ( and all the staff from both sides says hello to my mom by name which is so awe-inspiring!) It’s one of our favorite things to do. The entire staff from the wonderful front of the house reception area ( Christina, Debbie, Rita), to the phenomenal aides ( hands on, excellent and caring), the kitchen & server staff ( good food, service and Pauline cares), the business office ( Jennifer is so skilled and wonderful) the nursing medical staff ( Nancy, Sherwanda, Naje, and Melissa are outstanding) and the amazing director Laura Bolstad are compassionate, positive, easy to talk to, caring, respectful, great problem solvers, very dedicated and super communicative. The community here is also truly extraordinary. Everyone has been so supportive, attentive, and empathetic to both my mom and our family. We consider the staff and residents at Juniper Village at Washington Square as our Framily now. I toured 6 assisted living facilities and have personally experienced one other before finding Juniper Village at Washington Square. They were bleak, lifeless, and institutionalized feeling to say the least. Juniper Village at Washington Square was like walking into a beautiful bubble - Clean, beautiful, friendly and Personable! You can tell they have set the highest of standards for themselves and the facility. My family and I have so many positive, warm, happy, content feelings and thoughts about our mom’s move here! We feel so lucky and thankful to have found them!

Juniper Village has been nothing short of amazing. Our outstanding and informative tour with Brielle helped to solidify our decision. My mother-in-law moved here two months ago. In that time, we've experienced kindness, compassion, and support from the entire staff. My mother-in-law has quickly acclimated to her new environment. There are plenty of social activities, delicious food in a restaurant-like dining hall, and medical services on-site. Nancy Ajayi has followed up with us, sending pictures and updates when we are not there. John, Davondre, and the dining staff welcome my mother-in-law (and us) with a smile every day. The therapists on-site (Shannon, Julie, William, Lisa, and Colleen) are always positive and full of excitement for what they do. Laura and Megan send emails consistently, which is so appreciated. This place is simply wonderful, and we are so grateful!

My mom moved in a week ago and I can’t begin to tell you how her life as well as ours has changed. The staff are so kind and helpful in so many ways. After one week we feel part of the family. Juniper is so beautiful but the people make it what it is. Yesterday they hosted an Easter egg hunt for residents grandchildren and families. It was such a beautiful day that mom hasn’t stopped talking about it. If you are struggling in that next step of assisted/indepandent living, you need to visit Juniper Landing, it will change your family members life in the most positive way. My heartfelt thanks goes out to everyone at Juniper Square for making my family and mom feel so welcome

Dad is a resident in Wellspring at Juniper Village. Juniper is clean and does not have a "facility" smell. The staff /administration is very attentive and caring. Juniper has a family atmosphere as everyone greets us, knows our family and will discuss with us how Dad is doing that day. Our mind is at ease knowing Dad is in a good environment and well cared for.

My dad has been here for nine months. While he’s in the last stages of Alzheimer’s, his case is not typical. Juniper took him, accepted him and encouraged him. He is not a better man because of his illness, but he is happy and for that, I thank Juniper. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure the residence are on the right track. We can’t ask for any anymore for our loved ones.

The best around. The management, the wait staff, the nurses, all top notch. Beautiful marble, grand entrances, georgous views from every angle. The rooms are like luxury hotel suites. Blackjack tournaments, Bingo Nights, Private Hair Salon, Full Movie Theatre. Pool Tables. Authentic Slot Machines. Anything you want, they have it! The company that runs the establishment has done their homework, has years of experience, and the ability to create an amazing environment for seniors to come and not worry about anything. Truly Remarkable Place!

Lisa Minner

Hello. My name is Lisa Minner and my dad resides at The Landing. My dad has been a resident for 14 months. I’m not going to lie, it was extremely hard to get my dad to agree to sell his home and move to independent living. The staff at the Landing made it extremely easy for my dad to settle in to his new home. They guided him in the beginning to the dining area and also to activities and helped him to meet other residents. They did so many things to make him comfortable and they took a huge burden off of our shoulders. We knew my dad was being taken care of and more importantly being kept safe. Fast forward to present day. I can’t begin to say thank you to all of the staff. When we walk in to the building we are greeted by staff at the front desk. No matter what we need or what we ask them they never seem bothered. Oftentimes we call because we cannot reach my dad and we need to get a message to him. They always make sure they call back quickly when we have to leave a message. The business office staff are always available to answer any questions or concerns and they genuinely care. The food service team are pleasant and engaging and they make sure that my dad has what he needs (or should I say what we would like him to have) They make it a point to remind him to drink his water and they make sure that when he is not up to coming to the dining hall they bring his food to his room. The activities staff engage the residents and they are energetic. Whenever we ask them for help with the TV or with making sure something is put together they never hesitate. So many awesome activities. We had a blast at the day at the casino. My dad loves them. The nursing staff is always willing to listen to any concerns or questions we may have and they keep us informed if something seems off with my dad. They watch over him. They are never to busy to answer our questions or check to see if something was or was not done. The caregivers genuinely care. They will do whatever is needed and they make sure if he needs to be checked on that they in fact check on him. They don’t just say it was done. Even housekeeping and the bus drivers are awesome. You can tell that each person there genuinely cares. You don’t find that in today’s world. Unfortunately I cannot give everyone’s name because there are too many people to remember. I would highly suggest that if you need to find a place for your mom or dad or even yourself that you should check out The Landing at Washington Square. I don’t think you will be disappointed

At first I was apprehensive about putting my mom in an Assisted Living facility. She has dementia. My husband and I moved in with her, to help her out, but we had to work so she was by herself during the day. We could see she was going down hill. She could no longer be by herself during the day and we needed to do something. We looked around and visited places and when we visited the Landing, I knew this could work. My mom has been here for a year now and has bounced back. She does activities, eats (she has gained weight), goes on field trips and enjoys talking to her friends and drinking her coffee. Don't get me wrong, she still has her bad days, but they aren't as bad as they used to be since she has friends around her and a staff that knows how to handle those tough days. I love visiting the Opal Area and I love helping out (giving manicures, playing blackjack, bingo, and bringing in snacks for coffee time, to name a few things) and talking with all my new friends (staff and residents). I have a blast every time I visit. Each day is different and as one of the residents says there's "never a dull moment".

Our Mom has been at The Landing for one year now, and we are so blessed to see that she has blossomed in the loving, nurturing, and professional environment that the staff has given to her (and to us). From the minute we met Ed Corsi last year to now as we work with Rita and the team, we have been impressed with the facility and the care. The Landing has become home and the caregivers have become family. Thank you.

Cannot express enough my family’s pleasure and satisfaction with the care and concern my mother received from the day she moved in until her passing. Cannot put in words the love and care showered on her by the nurses, aids, physical therapist and the folks driving social activities in the memory care unit. Special recognition to Ed Corsi from start to finish he has been a class act and a resource to be relied upon for every question and concern. As much as we all hated to move our mother out of her home we could not have delivered the care she received over the last 6 months. Super clean facility, friendly staff, well maintained building and grounds and a safe place for your loved one with memory loss or cognitive function challenges.

Our Mother was the master of her craft. Six children and eighteen grandchildren would all tell you the same. Choosing a place together with her to call home so that she could be cared for as her memory escaped her, was the priority in our decision making. From the moment we met our salesman, Ed Corsi, he was warm, welcoming, professional and beyond accommodating. He assured us that our Mother would be taken care of as if she were anyone’s Mother that ever laid eyes on her. Well, that couldn’t have been more true! Although we had 24/7 visitation and our Mom had at least 2-3 visitors per day, she was never alone or unhappy. She thrived and had constant companionship in the CNA’s and RN’s. The facility itself is well managed, clean, modern and exudes a joyful vibe Upon entrance you would think you were at a five-star hotel! The dining halls, weekend entertainment and activities were something that my Mom enjoyed during the last six months As heartbroken as we are that Mom recently passed, we feel like she passed at home. If you are looking for a place to live with assistance within a community or are looking for a place for a loved one with a Memory Care diagnosis, I promise you once you get to The Landings At Washington Square you should look no further. I’m writing this review in the hopes that one family at a crossroads that may be reading this, will make the appointment today.

My dad lived his best life at The Landings. Being a health care professional I was very picky about who I could trust with my beloved father. The team there treated him with love and respect. Making the decision to have your loved one cared for in an Assisted Living is difficult. The Landings made him so happy and I never doubted the decision to support his choice to live there. Thank you to the staff for making his time there unforgettable.

I visited this facility to learn about their services as a local resource for my real estate clients and their families. Ed in Marketing was very friendly & gave me a comprehensive and very informative tour of the facility. The facility design & decor is beautiful and well thought out for the independent resident as well as someone needing a higher level of care on a short or longer term basis with an option to bring in a caregiver. The food menu was comprehensive with options that should suit any palate and need. The staff are very kind and friendly and accomodating. There are planned group Activities and Events as well as plenty of space to work independently on a puzzle or sit on a comfortable chair & read a book. I had the opportunity to meet Rita, the Executive Director, and she was lovely! This facility is located in Washington Township/Gloucester Co and sets a new standard in the area. It is a Must See for anyone considering Independent or Assisted Living for themselves or a Loved One!
