It was a long haul to get our family member into a safe environment. Stephanie and the leadership team stuck with us throughout and we cannot be happier with Traditions’ care. I’ve worked in the long term care industry for many years. What I’ve seen here is at the very top in quality of the many places I’ve experienced. The staff is professional, well trained, respectful and friendly. Not to mention seeing a good sense of humor abound goes a long way for folks adjusting to this new part of life. I give my sincere thanks for giving us such peace of mind that she is safe and in good, kind hands at last. And she LOVES the food! What’s not to like!

Greenfield of Cross Keys is a beautiful community with team members. The new Executive Director, Ellen has made such an impact in a short amount of time. The team is positive and engaged in making this the best senior living home in the area. Please stop on by for coffee and to meet Ellen the next time you are in the area!

My father has been at this community for just over year. Initially I was extremely happy, but the community did go through a rough patch recently in regards to a number of staff members. I raised my concerns with the executive director at the time (who has since been replaced) but received little satisfaction. I then contacted the Greenfield Corporate office and was pleasantly surprised in regards to their responsiveness. They listened to what I had to say and took action almost immediately. I understand how issues can come up in any type of business. However, it is how the management addresses (or does not address) these issues that is a true testament as to the integrity and quality of a company. I am pleased to say that Greenfield went over and above board to alleviate and rectify my concerns and for this reason I am giving them 5 stars!

My parents spend many happy years at Greenfield. The staff and the care they received were top notch! Was everyday perfect? No- my parents had dementia. Its the response from the staff and administration, and the way they handled my concerns, that truly sets them above the rest. I will continue to recommend Greenfield everyone I encounter looking for a loved one. As someone who worked in healthcare for 23 years, prior to retirement, I know the ins, out and can assure you this place is one of the best!

Greenfield at Glassboro is a great place to live. My dad has been in their Reflections Memory care for a few years, and my mom has been in their assisted living area for a year. The staff is very considerate and there are many activities.
