From the social worker to the concierge to speech therapist to the dietitian, to the nurses and doctors and this is the second time I've had a loved one. It has many challenges, their staff from management to the nurses and aids and EC are very patient and understanding people and their honest on their evaluations where I could bring my loved one home. Working at Accela was a great experience. The workers and staff was welcoming and the patients was good as well. I felt the love between the staff and the patients. It's like one big family there. I'll come back to work there soon.

I had a team of people who made me feel assured that my mom was going to be well cared for. Special thanks to Donna, Jamilla, Chanel and Zelda. Awesome work with her everyday care and needs and making her feel loved. The floor director and concierge was very accommodating and called me with updates.

Staff members friendly, easy to follow directions to visit patient, needs some work in cleaning up can smell bleach while using a fan to dry out floor.

This is our 2nd day here. Your front desk receptionist was very helpful and pleasant on the phone and in person when family asked additional questions. The staff so far seems to be very helpful. Hopefully things will continue like this. Thanks.
