This is the 2nd time we are using Buckingham (Brentwood) for respite care for my father. The staff are friendly, but they seem overworked, so follow up with them if your loved one has specific needs. The facility is in good condition. The laundry service is good, but a few times other people's clothes have been mixed in. Overall I would recommend, but follow up with staff.

Meena Kamarh is a kind, caring and compassionate soul. I was looking for a book for my aunt and she helped me to find one. She is helpful and ready to assist in your needs. Meens is from Recreation Dept. God Bless you.

My mother has been at Buckingham rehab for 6 weeks due to a broken shoulder. Buckingham Rehab has been great. The aides, nurses, physical therapists, activity director, etc. have all provided fantastic care and have met all of my mother's needs. She has been very satisfied and comfortable even though she was in pain and lost much of her mobility due to the shoulder injury. Everyone has been very good to her and provided all the help she has needed. She likes the food very much as well! We are very grateful for the care that has been provided.

Excellent staff and excellent service. Meena from Recreation is good. Meena is kind and helpful. Overall it is a good experience. I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent care, excellent food The physical therapy is the best I have ever seen from other rehab places. There are a number of physical therapists.to help anyone. There in excellent recreation and giving activities for all.

My mother came to Buckingham to recuperate after a fall. The staff is so professional and full of empathy. When mom's rehab is complete she is going to miss everyone at Buckingham and we will forever be grateful for the care and respect she has received.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Seems over worked or lacking consistent leadership. My mom has had two visits in two months. She does not get the level Of care needed ie regular showers. If she declines, please call family member. Also, her depression is triggered by the lack of Wellbutrin. Can't have this until she's off the hypertension meds, sow Thing that requires more regular PT.

My father suffers from dementia and he was unable to stand and walk. The staff here has been wonderful to him. He's really done well here and has recovered and assisted me with finding a new care facility for my father as he has ny medicaid. The facility is clean and the staff has been very attentive. If this place could accept ny medicaid I would set my father up here.

My grandmother has been staying here for about a month and the place is amazing. Great care takers, amazing multilingual staff. I would highly recommend this place. Very clean and safe facilities. They provide great meals for her and have her walking and exercising daily. Meena from recreation has been very nice and has helped her tremendously with a lot of daily recreational activities since her stay.

Hi, my wife spent the better part of a week there after having had been released from the hospital. For the most part the staff was pleasant and accommodating, however, when she rang for assistance there wasn't always a timely response. The facilities were ample but I would also recommend that the actual rehab rooms need repainting and refurbishment.
