Went to visit to see if a relative would like to apply for housing there. Although we were not able to see one of the apartments we were impressed by the facility. Staff member we met with was super friendly and helpful. Good location. Close to the bus line and grocery store. Very clean and you can see it is well maintained. I would say it's a good fit for older independent residents that do not need assisted living. It has a meal plan and activities. A step above just an apartment. We filed an application for housing there. Unfortunately as with all housing the wait list is apparently quite long. I wish there were more like this one.
