Lutheran Reb.. when I was there it's very caring place to be the staff was very helpful in all departments. I would truly recommend Lutheran rehab t any one. And if I ever have to go to a rehab after surgery Lutheran would be the place!!!

I had the pleasure of touring Lutheran Rehabilitation and was immediately struck by how warm, inviting, and beautifully maintained the community is. Everything was exceptionally clean and welcoming. During my visit, I met Robin, the Administrator, and the Director of Social Services, Laurie”both of whom were truly amazing. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for the residents really shined through. It was clear how much they love what they do and the positive impact they have on the community. I also had the opportunity to meet Michelle, the Director of Sales. She was outstanding”knowledgeable, compassionate, and so dedicated to helping families feel supported and comfortable through the process. I highly recommend Lutheran Rehabilitation to anyone looking for a place where residents are truly cared for with heart and dignity.

My mother in law and I visited her brother in law, this week. We hadn’t been for awhile, but were blessed with the care he was given. Adrianna and another aid , had him washed, shaven and in a wheel chair to go outside. He looked amazing. I think he gave her a hard time but the results spoke for themselves. We met his nurse Nicki who was giving him his meds and showed genuine care for David. Thank you to those who show great care, especially , when no one is watching.

As an Aging Life Care Manager I work with many clients on transitioning to a new living environment. Working with Michele and the rest of the staff at Lutheran Manor/Lillie Mansion has been an amazing experience. They are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and caring. The admissions process was quick and seamless. My client has thrived at Lillie Mansion since the moved in. Every staff person is kind and friendly and greets you with a smile. I highly recommend Lillie Mansion at Lutheran Manor!

We had the pleasure of touring the Lutheran Home and I personally was beyond impressed. Putting a parent in a home and entrusting them to "strangers" is very scary but after seeing the establishment and meeting some of the staff, I am confident that my mom will be cared for just as loved ones would be caring for her. I will pray that they will find room for her soon!

My sister and I recently toured the Lutheran Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center. We just put mom on the wait list there. Our tour guide, Michele M., was fabulous and very proud of their facility. Even though mom needs dementia care, Michele brought us all over to other parts of the facility, introducing us to staff along the way. Everyone seemed pleasant, many have been working there for many years. The facility was clean and bright. They do a lot of activities with patients. Our mom would flourish there. Hope our wait is short!

Last week I had the privilege of getting a tour of the Lutheran Rehabilitation. Michelle Balian and Michele Morin were my guides. The tour far exceeded my expectations. Every area we toured was so clean and well kept. The facility has all the latest technology and furnishings. The positive vibes from the front desk to the rehab floor were refreshing and warm. I would highly recommend Lutheran Rehab to family and friends.

I can't say enough about the service my mother received at Lutheran Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Worcester. They coordinated with the hospital on my behalf so I could take my mother to visit my sister on what would be her last day here on earth. They handled me with compassion and patience when I'd call with my BS because I was emotional and grieving. One PCA even sat and cried with us when my mom got her beautiful blanket as a gift of sympathy. The cherry on top: several staff waited at the exit with pompoms, smiles and well wishes to see my mom off. They gave her hugs and a take-care blanket. Literally brought me to tears. Thank you to Penelope, Nancy, Jamal, the 3 Michelles, and several others i can't remember at the moment. They were responsive and professional and truly a gifted team. The service was exceptional. Keep up the great work!

Lutheran Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing is a wonderful facility and the Lily Mansion Rest home is so beautiful and inviting . The staff is friendly and they give exceptional care to their residents. The Worcester community is so lucky to have such a wonderful facility in their back yard.

My husband was in Rehab at Lutheran and it was a very positive experience for him and for myself. ALL of the staff were courteous, respectful and most of all caring. Everyone took the time to ensure we were not having any problems and if we did they quickly took care of it. After coming directly from a hectic hospital experience, Lutheran rehab was beyond my expectations. The rehab staff were wonderful and dropped in frequently to ensure he was doing his exercises. The CNA's and nurses went out of their way to accommodate his needs. The food staff and maintenance staff were also so friendly and helped if asked. I wish I could rate the rehab floor a 10 star review as they deserve it!

I have been to Lutheran a few times on a professional basis and the staff always goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Both Michelle's are the perfect people to represent this Community. You can see the quality of care and how the staff interacts with the residents and rehab patients. This building is rich with History and it's beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend Lutheran to any of our family members here at the Gables of Fitchburg.

Dear people (May 21, 2018) After my review yesterday, I received a call from the management requesting a meeting with me to address the points that have been risen in my review. When I posted my review, I had no idea that there would a response, but I was surprised how fast they responded, and how fast they found solutions. I've found the management was very appreciative to what I've said and they were trying their best to attend to the negative issues. They assured me that a certain action has already been taken regarding the hygiene point. Regarding mother's situation, which was my main concern, things were resolved in the way that is better then what I was hoping for. I'm pleased I've chosen this center for mother's rehabilitation period. Dear people (May 20, 2018) I'm in this center, accompanying my mother for 6 days now, therefore my review's based on my subjective observation as a gust not as a patient. Here's what I've noticed: Points of strength: 1. Every one is working in this center is very kind and understanding. Except maybe one odd case that I've noticed, with which was dealt properly. 2. The meals are made and delivered to one's diet. I've given them mother's food program and they followed it to the letter. 3. The physical therapists and the occupational therapists are very good and they will stick to the exact timings if you ask them to follow one. 4. A personal from the management is checking on the residents one by one to make sure they are comfortable and have what they need. Points of weakness: 1. The phamesy is irresponsible: apparently there is something missing the chain of orders. Every thing is in the charts, but apparently no one reads them before they bring the medication. Mother is under going cancer treatment and she needs to take her medication (chemo and hormone pills) every day at 8 am sharp. Until now no one got perfectly right, sometimes too late and sometimes missing a pill. And every day I have to remind them. Today morning I remind them again, the nurse told me, "see, I don't even know that!" I said, it's in the chart! The chart itself is still manually written! It amazed me in the 21 century, they still do manual charts! Also there is no schedule for the pain killers. Or to be more specific, there is a schedule but I have to remind them every time. Sometimes mother is in pain and they are not sure what they should give her and at what dose they should give her. Until I asked them please tell me what the system of giving those pain killers is. 2. The center is way under staff on weekends-especially at night: I don't understand, are the bowel movements of human been take time off at weekends? Are the needs of these seniors and patients any less on weekends?Why is the center is under staff on weekends. Two assistants only for the entire floor. And I've noticed that it takes even a longer time for an assistant to come for the patients and seniors who are buzzing for help. 3. Can't find hot water in the night! When I ask for it, they microwave cup of water. Microwaving water is very dangerous for a cancer patient. 4. The hygiene should be at maximum level. Which unfortunately it isn't. When they empty the bed pan for some patients, they washed it in the same hand/face washer sink without scrubbing it after. There should be a proper place for washing the bed pans or they should scrub the sink after each time they do that. I couldn't use the sink or let mother use it after they did so with mom's roommate. I complained to them to clean it. 5. There are a lot of noise at night and minimum privacy and very much inconvenience with lights arrangements because the rooms are shared. If the roommate can't sleep at the sleeping hours or wants to hear loud tv because of the hearing impairment while the other is asleep, what would happen here! You can imaging the situation, right? What would it take if they divided the rooms not with just a curtain but with wooden wall? Mother couldn't sleep a whole night straight because of the noise and nurses coming and going for her roommate.
