I cannot say enough about The Oasis at Dodge Park. I live in FL and since COVID 19 I have not been able to visit my Mom. But having unannounced visits prior to COVID, I am very comfortable that Mom is well taken care of. She is always clean, properly dressed and included with others at recreation times. She is treated like family there. The owners of the facility take their responsibilities serriously while insuring that the residents are treated like the ROYALTY they are. One of the things that sticks in my mind is that every resident is addressed by name from the owners, nurses, recreation staff, cleaning staff, kitchen-serving staff and on and on. This is true RESPECT. Each of the employees LOVES what they do and it shows in their interactions with the residents. I have experienced other facilities with my Mom but this one is HOME!

Our mother is well taken care of at Oasis. Plenty of caring staff, medical management is good, and the facility is modern and open. Would highly recommend for residents who need extra supervision that is not provided in assisted living.

My mother recently moved to Oasis at Dodge Park, and as difficult a decision it is to make for parents with dementia or Alzheimers, there is comfort knowing we made the right decision with Oasis at Dodge Park. Words cannot express the compassion and care the directors and staff have shown us, we are grateful. Their approach to senior care is unique in that it is greater care than assisted living, yet has a warm, caring, and at-home atmosphere, unlike the nursing homes we visited. The staff is amazing— professional, caring, and kind. They are truly like family to us. I know that my mom is in excellent hands and is receiving the best qualitative senior care in the area. Its hard when a family member needs to go to assisted living. The Oasis at Dodge Park is outstanding and very grateful that we made this difficult move. The staff and facility are both top notch. Staff is always there for questions or concerns. Its wonderful working with a facility that cares about their clients.

When I walk through the doors at Oasis at Dodge Park, I immediately feel that I am in a beautiful, comforting place. There is often piano music playing and the residents are usually engaged in a variety of activities. Staff are easily identifiable and very well presented. It is truly a lovely home setting for those that live there.

I have worked with the folks from Oasis since the start of construction of the facility. The thought that went into the design and the construction - from layout to finishes - was undertaken with the care of the residents being the ultimate goal.Watching the staff interface with the residents, especially the respect they show them, is fantastic. Under circumstances that can sometimes (to an outsider) appear difficult, management and staff are never too busy to provide extra care and assistance to assure that the residents are comfortable and well cared for. Providing positive experiences to the residents and their families is everyones job.

Its state of the art facility and probably the best in Massachusetts . They have highly professional staff who know how to work with dementia patients. I and lot of my medical colleagues highly recommend this to friends and patients who are looking for top notch facility for their loved ones. I think its a great model for other facilities to see how it is managed so well.

This is a beautiful facility, one of the nicest Ive seen in all of New England. The ownership and people involved at the Oasis are extremely honorable and caring. They implement state of the art cleaning and disinfection protocols and technology throughout their facility. As beautiful as the facility is its the focus on family values and providing a homey atmosphere through activities and the terrific environment everyone brings to the table for the residents and families.Great place!James O

Dodge Park Rest Home and Oasis at Dodge Park took great care of both of my parents in their final days (2018 and 2020). I think the best rating I can give them is that I would absolutely want this to be my final stop if I need to be in a home. It is a very difficult and heartbreaking decision to move your parents to a facility, but they gave us so much comfort in knowing that they were so well taken care of and loved. Mom only spent a few months at Oasis, but we also had her hospice care there and they supported and accommodated the whole family during moms final week of life. Dad spent a little over two years at Dodge Park. It was a difficult decision to move him because my parents had a 65-year love story, but the dementia progressed to a place where Mom could no longer care for him. Once we made the transition, we new it was the right move for him. He was loved and cared for as if he was their Dad. He was a happy man - singing Amen right to the end.

This is the most positive, loving, caring community. I am very impressed with the respectful and skilled care shown to all of the residents. The residents faces light up when they are greeted by name. The activities available are varied and show a lot of thought and creativity. The health, safety and the well-being of every resident is the priority here.

They Take Great care of my Dad. Staff is nice and The Leadership takes time to keep you informed. They have stayed on top of all necessary precautions during this pandemic. this is a great place to live let your love ones live in a safe caring social environment. I would definitely recommend it

I cannot express enough, the gratitude I have for everyone at Oasis at Dodge Park. Each and every person there has gone above and beyond in this facility for the care of my family member. Especially throughout this troublesome time dealing with the corona virus as well. My family would be lost right now if it wasnt for OASIS. Ben, Micha, Renee, Diana, Courtney, Donna, Shelby, Lisa, Tasha, Marta, and so many others, (if I kept on listing I would run out of space here) go so much above and beyond with what they do on a daily basis .. OUR FAMILY IS FOREVER GRATEFUL!!!! Ben, especially being the person I spoke to first and from the beginning , thank you for all your love and kindness you, yourself show to each and every one of your residents, especially my family ..

I was immediately impressed when entering Oasis. The attention to detail in the design of the facility and constant commitment to cleanliness makes one feel right at home. After dealing with a number of different facilities for both my parents, they have ended up at Oasis and I couldnt be happier. By far the best facility I have experienced in New England. The staff is incredible and makes everyone feel like family, while showing tremendous care for the patients. I could not recommend this place enough.

A Blessed Memory Care Home. I will be forever grateful for the love, care and devotion given my Mother by all at Oasis in her last 6 months on this earth. The owners and staff were welcoming to all our family when we visited. I will never forget their welcome back to my Mother after she returned from a hospitalization for a stroke which soon took her life. She was able to die in peace in what had become her new home, surrounded by her family and those at Oasis who had also come to love her. God bless you all, and thank you again for the dignity and kindness with which you treated my Mom.

I have worked with Micah and Ben for over the past 5 years. While visiting them at Oasis at Dodge Park Ive always noticed how happy and comfortable the residents are. Ben and Micah know all the residents by name and they know them too and smile every time they see them walking through the building. The site is a very inviting space and Im so happy to have been part of their endeavor.

As a clinical consultant, I am lucky enough to work with a great deal of facilities in Massachusetts and the New England region. I can with 100% certainty say that Oasis at Dodge Park-Dodge Park Rest home are both in a category of their own in terms of Senior Living. From the owners, to the management team and staff, to the amenities, this place is a little piece of heaven right in Worcester,MA. I have never met such a genuinely compassionate and caring team. Im so grateful to be privileged enough to work with the team from time to time, it makes my heart happy knowing how many seniors are happy and living their best life in their care.

This was the best environment of all for my husband after visiting many places in many towns surrounding Marlborough. Staff knew how to relate with him, and there was much for him to do. He was shown respect, his care was great, and he enjoyed all the attention he was given.We are very grateful for The Oasis at Dodge Park.
