The owners, and staff go above and beyond in their care for their “family”. Their focus is the person admitted to their care. Our only regret is that we did not find this Oasis for our mother sooner . Highly recommend !

My Mom Valerie Kustigian was in Dodge Park for four months and was treated wonderfully. One of the last things Mom said to me was the staff treated her very well and felt loved by the people at Dodge Park. My experience was also outstanding, from the Business Office to the Nursing staff was terrific. One of the owners Micha Shalev was great to work with. Head nurse Carrie was the most dedicated and caring person I have ever met. If I could give Dodge Park ten stars I would! They helped my family and my Mom in a real time of need. John Kustigian

Dear Micha, It is now going on almost two months that my brother Ricky has been at Dodge Park. Everything that you have said about how he would be cared for has been true. This is a fantastic place that understands how horrible and devestating dimentia is. I have visited once a week and every time I go home knowing that Ricky is in the best place for him. You hire compassionate ,loving care givers that allow Ricky to experience a dignity that is not always shown to this population. I have visited with my husband, my younger brother and my daughter,... each visit ends with the conclusion that this is truly a remarkable place. Today I got a chance to chat with Carrie. She was honest about the challenges facing Ricky. However, there was no doubt that she and her team will do everything possible to make Ricky's life as comfortable as possible. From the minute we are greeted at the door for our covid test to the entry into the family visiting room, all attendants are happy, helpful and kind. Thank you for this and thank you for being a beacon of hope to so many that just want to know that their loved ones are understood and safe. My mother has been a resident at Dodge Park Rest Home for more than 2 years. This facility is amazing. Every employee is well trained in strategies to interact with dementia patients. They make the residents feel comfortable and LOVED. The residents truly believe they are part of their family. The two owners of the facility were destined to take care of the elderly. It is their true calling. The administration only excepts the best from their employees. If you are looking for a safe place for your loved one, please check out this rest home. It is comforting to know that their is always someone there to hold my mothers hand or give her a much needed hug!

Our mom is sweet and dear to us and Dodge Park Rest Home has been such a blessing to her. She is cared for lovingly in a lovely environment that has perfect soothing yet social and fun activities for someone with severe dementia. The staff are kind and considerate and she is thriving better here than at home with us. She is living.❤ Thank you for protecting her from illness and for loving her. My father has been living at Dodge Park for more than two years, and most recently, my mother needed professional care and moved to Oasis at Dodge Park. Words cannot express the compassion and care the directors and staff have shown us, we are grateful. Their approach to senior care is unique in that it is greater care than assisted living, yet has a warm, caring , and at-home atmosphere (unlike nursing homes we visited). The majority of staff are long-term with ten or more years, and they are like family to us. Currently with the challenge of Covid, I know that my parents are in excellent hands and are receiving the best qualitative senior care in the area. Thank you all.

Having my mother placed at Dodge Park was definitely one of the best things that could have happened for her with her dementia. I find that the staff is extremely competent, takes great care of my mother,,communicate often and are always available to chat and all are Very kind from top to bottom to all their residents all the time. They take such wonderful care of my Mom who resides there and so impressed with the amount of daily programming available to their residents. They are super careful with COVID-19 to ensure no resident catches this horrible illness. We are so grateful for their due diligence and the kindness from every member at Dodge Park. I felt like I was dealing with family from the very first experience with the staff at Dodge Park Rest Home. My husband had frontotemporal lobe dementia. He is so curious about what the next activity will be....he doesn't want to miss anything, even after a year of residency. I can't thank Micha and Ben for all they do!

We placed our mom here in July 2018 on the recommendation of staff at Clinton Hospital. Mom has dementia, could no longer care for herself at home and was evaluated/seen at the Clinton Hospital Senior Psychiatric ward. Our mom seems happy at Dodge Park, and has truly gained a better quality of life while getting the day to day care she now requires. The staff are always welcoming, knowledgeable and very caring every time I have dropped in to visit with mom. We now have peace of mind knowing mom is in the best place to get care at this point in her life.

Dodge Park is a fun environment to work in. However, they make it clear that we have a serious responsibility, we help residents and family members transition through one of the toughest situations life can unfortunately through our way. Some people just don't get that. The marijuana allegations are really a joke, just ask to see the policy. In regards to some of the unnecessary responses, they are coming from a place of love, love for Dodge Park. The Owners, management, employees give it their all each and every day to make Dodge Park a fantastic place to work and a great place to bring your parents.

My experience with Dodge Park and Oasis over the past year has been nothing but a blessing. The staff and owners truly care about each resident and their well-being. The owners provide great incentives for the staff including tuition assistance. Each building is continously growing and introducing new programs. It has been a joy to be a part of such a great company.
