I have found this building to be a nice place to live. The people are nice. I would give it a five but the windows are so filthy you can hardly see out.

Affordable one-bedroom apartments for the elderly and/or disabled. Management and maintenance are both friendly and helpful. Residents are pleasant, including the small dogs that keep some residents company (cats are also allowed -- one pet per apartment).
