I like living here. Management and residence are all nice and friendly. Many activities to keep us busy. Always friends in lobby and activity room to talk to or work puzzles or just watch tv. Sometimes grumpy people talk the loudest. Come check us out.

Lived here for almost a year. Maintenance always fixes in timely manner, emergency first. Staff change but always polite do job well. Nice neighbors. Beautiful little town . Lot of beautiful walking to parks ,store , eat out. Pest control issue solved all apartments and property is sprayed once a month. I have had a little plumbing issue like with clogged sinks and they were fixed right away I have not had any other issue with plumbing. I've had light bulbs blow that needed to be replaced it did get done right away. Maintenance issues recently inspected and all lists are being handled. Management here changed about three or four months ago things have gotten better and improved and things wrong here in the building do seem to get fixed a little faster and a little better. I want to counteract the last review in regards to Jackie. My mom lives there and when we first met Jackie she was very professional and friendly. The day my mom moved in which was last year Jackie assisted us with the paperwork and the moving process. Since my mom has been there when I come in to pay her rent every month she is professional, friendly, and always ask how my mom is doing and how is her apartment. I'm unsure what experience they've had but my mom and I are very pleased with her and the staff at Audubon.

In response to the previous review, I believe this person is confusing the Manager, Jackie, with the assistant manager, Danielle. Jackie is more professional, while Danielle shows her stress more. Neither of them use to seem as stressed as they do now. Management is always so very busy. I don't understand why corporate hasn't hired another leasing agent. That is the single best investment they could make in improving the functionality of this property and the relationship between management and residents. It would also help corporate reestablish their seemingly distant relationship with the residents. I see some positive changes around the property, but no one is going to want to live or work here if it keeps coming across that corporate doesn't care.
