I loved eating in the restaurant rather than eating in my room. Tobias is an asset to Sante, my food was always tasty and piping hot. He always makes me smile and greeted me whenever he saw me in the restaurant or even in the hallways.

High praise for this place. Helped me heal faster both emotionally and physically. One bright spot in.my day way always seeing,Connie, my CNA, aways with a smile and always encouraging me to succeed in getting well. There are so many other pluses, like, how clean everything is.How they make you feel like a guest not a patient. Food service is also wonderful and we can be served in our room or dine in a beautiful dining room. I also have to mention PT and OT services are top notch, they care about your wellness.I would highly recommend Sante of Suprise. Carolyn Dowdle

She provided an informative tour of the facilities and all the amenities while being friendly and helpful. Tammy focused on the patient's rehabilitation with inclusion of the family members into the care plan. Thank you!

My spouse is currently in Sante and we're pretty disappointed. We have talked to the head of nursing numerous times. We have a private nurse coming in for 5 hours every day except Sunday (3 hours) in a split shift. She shows up before 7 am and has walked in numerous times to a wet bed when he misses his urinal. Sheets on the floors. They have never given him a shower, even when placed on the schedule, the nurse and I have done this. On 9/6/24 he was supposed to have a shower in the afternoon and our nurse offered to help but she became ill, so no shower. We have truly tried to be helpful but we've only gotten lectures about helping to much. One nurse was talking inappropriately about clients in the hall. He hasn't walked in 5 months and receive a new hip because the femur break repair was botched, so he has a lot of difficulty walking. The facility put him on steroids after we threatened to go to his pain doctor for his shoulders. They stated if we left, we couldn't come back due to Medicare rules. At this point due to his pain level, I was ok with it. The food is ok and the staff are super friendly. Most of the nurses will not help patients, even when the CNA is present to get him in bed. They like to state, "you (the CNA) need to go get help". Honestly!! It was less than 3 minutes to get him on a slide board and into the bed. And this was as of 9/6/24. Again after noting concerns. Please note my husband is 245 pounds and hasn't walked in 5 months. Between our private nurse and I, he would have been in a wet bed or a poopy bed. Now no facility is great due to staffing issues but this is one of the better ones. Also, no recliners in the room for folks to nap in and eat meals in. It's the bed or a wheelchair.

Took a tour of facility with host Tammy and was very impressed. She was very informative and showed a knowledgeable presentation, I could tell she had a love of the facility and passed it a long to us that this is where I would feel like bringing my love ones,

This place is an answer to prayer. My mom was here for about 6 weeks. I spent an hour with her almost everyday. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, and I think I ran into all of them. The medical staff took amazing care of my mom. The food was so exceptional and so much better than you'd expect. When dinner was something my mom didn't want, she was able to order something off a large and diverse menu. The people who cleaned were nice, the people who brought food were nice, the front desk people are nice. There are people working there that are angels in disguise. If your loved one needs something and is having trouble, make sure you bring it to staff attention Monday to Friday 8 to 4. They will handle all needs and situations, but if you bring it to their attention within those time frames, these people will move heaven and earth to help their residents. I can't say enough about this place. Thank you to everyone that works there. Amazing facility.

I've worked next door to the Sante of Surprise rehabilitation so when my nana needed therapy I knew I could trust them. She worked with Tommy and he was so understanding and gentle with her. She had nothing but good things to say even when she was in pain. I would recommend this location and its skilled therapists to anyone.

A clean and professional facility! My grandma recently had to get physical therapy after her fall and Tommy was assigned to us! He made my grandma feel so much better and her mobility is better than expected! He took his time and never rushed her, because she was in a lot of pain. He was caring and understanding of her needs. We are so grateful! She's made such amazing progress! Thank you Sante and Tommy 🙂

My dad was sent to Sante and had a physical therapist by the name of Tommy A. He was an amazing therapist who really cared for my dad and helped him improve and eventually be able to leave Sante. Tommy worked wonders and I don't know what we would have done without him! Thank you Tommy!!

I had the pleasure of working with Tommy as my physical therapist, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the moment I walked into the clinic, Tommy's professionalism and genuine care were evident. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and develop a personalized treatment plan that addressed all my needs. Tommy's expertise and knowledge in physical therapy are truly remarkable. He explained each step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. Not only was Tommy highly skilled, but his positive attitude and friendly nature created a welcoming environment that made each session enjoyable. I have made tremendous progress in my recovery. I am so grateful to the staff at Sante Health in Surprise for taking outstanding care of my mom over the last couple of weeks! From pre-admission with Brandon R., he listened and cared for my mom's needs. Nate, her transport driver, was courteous and welcoming. The doctor knows the patients well and truly cares. The charge nurses are always around to listen and answer questions. Therapists have helped bring strength and confidence back to my mom. Nurses, CNAs, housekeeping, and last but not least, dining staff. Everyone has gone above and beyond!

Tobe is the manger of the dining and is the absolute best and caring person along with Vlad, Ed, and Emelia in the kitchen. Lesley, Chantel, Tammy, and Jim also do a great job at helping my grandfather. They have a great team here that is kind, considerate, helpful and knowledgeable professionals. I can keep going naming other great nurses and therapists they have there but the bottom line is, it's a great place where my family feels grateful and safe to have my grandfather to stay at.

Sante lives up to its excellent reputation. Great nurses, physical therapists, and administrative help. Some of the staff members that have been especially notable, are Sherri (Guest Services), Tammy McGrath (Guest Services) Lesa (Physcial Therapy), and all of the nurses to-date (Tim, Tammy, and Lynette are great examples). I am sure I have left out the names of others that are helping my husband get better. Sante, itself, is very very nice. It is highly attentive to the needs of its patients, very thorough, and provides a relaxed, beautiful environment. I rate this facility high and recommend to others.
