I have nothing but high praise for the staff and management at Woodmont. Both our parents spent the better part of the year here. They were kind, understanding, helpful and flexible in their care for our parents. We had lots of questions they helped us navigate complicated physical and mental health issues. As well as insurance. Dietary staff serve wide array of meals for residents and monthly family meals. Care team members and nurses and physical therapy all treated us as family.

My niece (54) passed away recently at Woodmont after months of dealing with severe pain and loss of the use of all her extremities due to a massive stroke. My family and I could not have asked for a more caring and compassionate staff. I would like to thank you all for making her last days comfortable and peaceful. I would personally like to thank the person or persons responsible for the sausage biscuits and gravy which she looked forward to every day.

Senior staff very knowledgeable in admission and payment process. CNAs, housekeeping, nurses and others very nice to my mother and family members when we visit. Facility clean and odor free. So far great facility and great experience.

We were very happy and satisfied with the services at woomont. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend anyone to come here. Therapy was very caring and understanding. Very knowledgeable and helped get me home after rehab.

My grandma went to woodmont a couple months ago. This place is wonderful! You can tell the staff really care about what they do and take care of every resident there. The social worker Mirielle is awesome! She took care of every concern and made us feel like family. I highly recommend everyone come to Woodmont!

Our family has used Woodmont every times for my father and stepmother. Most recently for my dad’s rehab after a surprise surgery. The staff remembers him fr previous stays and all were so friendly and helpful. Making an unexpected stay more comfortable. They have always treated patients and their families as if they were their own family. From the dietary staff to the medical team to therapy team to administrative team they are all wonderful. So thankful for them and their part in dads recovery and journey back home on his own again.

it's a great place within the Boonville Community. My grandfather helped open this building. And held it to high expectations. An the new administrator that is there now is my sister. She will go above an beyond to make sure you and you loved ones have the special care they would ever want and need to feel at home.

I am new to the community and I did not know where to go for rehab. The social worker at the hospital suggested Woodmont in Boonville, I and my husband have worked in many nursing homes....he was a nurse and I volunteered......I have seen some bad ones in my time....so I was worried about what I would find Well they wheeled me in for the first time and there was no odor....it was amazing, just like home.... Then I was greeted by the staff and they were warm and welcoming and knowledgeable.....helped me settle into my room.....I had come straight from three days in hospital and only had my purse, no clothes, no toiletries, and scared ( yes, even a 69 year old woman CAN be scared)...... The first thing they did was get me menus so I could choose my food...not expecting much I was overwhelmed with the variety of food, BUT the TASTE of the food.....it was spectacular!!!!! Better than home. The cooks and dining staff were remarkable and when they served you food they we considerate and got what you needed..... The team of physical therapy ladies were wonderful..... they're encouragement and praise kept me trying to do better each trip....the knowledge of what I needed to work on and the diversity of activities was great, in under three weeks I was out of the wheel chair and on a walker and today I am going home. The women I have met who cleaned my room were conscientious and hardworking.....due to my injury on my heel, I had to walk around in socks.....I. wore the socks full time and was amazed how clean they stayed, NOT like my home... Activity folks are creative and cheerful...in the time I was in Woodmont there were two crafts I will treasure forever....we made a clock from an LP record and we pressed a design onto a T shirt...playing cards, bingo, playing Wii, singing, trips away from the facility, food trucks coming to give patients a variety of food......Unlike my home Administrative staff know the paperwork required to do whatever needs to be done..... They know who to contact and when.... They help keep doctors and nurses and staff and aides on the same road doing the same things... I would FULLY recommend this facility to anyone who has needs...they treat patients like their family....you CAN NOT do better than that !!!!!! Kathy Preuss

My mother was a patient in rehab for 3 weeks. The care was fantastic. She didn’t realize that Boonville had such a facility. Everyone was always smiling and upbeat. I would recommend Woodmont to anyone needing this type of care.
