I don't know how I would have done it without mentioning these special people who went above and beyond for me while at my rehab stay at Optima Care Fountains. Special nurses, Adaurie, Gail and Ted. Special Aides, Afar, Lucia, Jean, Steven, Lisa, P. Eleeny, Tamika & Patricia. Patient Complaint Dept., Vanessa. Resident Keith who came to my aid during a distress incident. My physical Therapists, Paul, Nidhi and Matt. Thank you to all, Camille Borcina.

I left very comfortable while visiting my friend and thought my friend was also very comfortable as well. The staff was very attentive to the residents and very polite , which is a plus

I went here to visit a family member today. It was my first time at the facility. The guard at the front gate directed me where to park. When I went inside, I was greeted by the very sweet receptionist. She asked if it was my first time there and I replied, yes. She had me sign up using their camera system which took a picture of me as well as checked my temperature for Covid purposes. I also had to enter my name, phone number and the person's name that I was visiting and then I had to answer a couple of Covid related questions. She told me that the sign up process is a one time thing that will be used each time I visit. I feel that it's a great system being that it makes it safe for the patients and staff as to who is coming in and out of the facility. She then gave me the room number and directed me where to go in order to get to the room. On my way to the room I stopped at the nurse's station and spoke to one of the nurses. She was very polite and friendly. I took the elevator to the second floor and made my way to the room. The place isn't fancy, but it is accommodating. All and all, I had a very nice visit with my family member.

I must say throughout my tenure here I've experienced trust,honesty,along with shear integrity from the entire staff. The management staff here is awesome and easily approachable. It makes the world of a difference. The residents here keeps me smiling and laughing with their stories of life's lessons along with their witts.i feel very accepted here each and evertime. It was clean the caregivers were friendly. I noticed they gave the patient a lot of emotional support as well making sure patients needs were care for on request . When a question was asked they answered them. What I did notice is common area needs paint job needs to look happier.
